Préférence Preference Permanent Hair Colour - 11.21 Ultra Light Cool Pearl Blonde

I have been colouring roots with this for over 10 years - 10.21 or 11.21. Sunday I did exactly the same 12 weeks apart - after 15 minutes it felt wrong .. went to rinse out and my waist length thick. - I mean rope like hair just all came away in shower !!! Horrified I doused in conditioner and when combing through - it felt out in handfuls .. I couldn’t get in to hairdresser until tomorrow! I’m going to have to pay $200 to cut to Bob and treatment for next 6 months . I feel this is a product issue not a me issue . Will L’Oréal take any financial responsibility for a simple process I have been doing for many many years ?? I’m absolutely devastated. As 5 years to grow back to this length and thickness .

I have used this colour a number of times and really happy with final colour and grey coverage. BUT this time the formula is different. It went on like water and I am now here waiting for time to be up with a tissue mopping up the drips. Yet to find out if the colour is going to work this time or not. Product needs to be creamier to cling to hair and not run off. Saying that it is normally my fav go to hair colour

Have used Helsinki for the last 20 years but it was recently discontinued. Looked for replacement but this is not it. My hair went bright yellow.

I'm really impressed with this colour. I have white grey rearing its head., which ages me terribly. This colour makes my hair look healthier, fuller, and the colour extender keeps it looking fresh right up to it's next colour. I can't say enough about the conditioning treatment that's included. It is simply the most astonishing product. I wish I could purchase it separately to use with every wash. Def a 5/5 from me.

I brought and tried this product today 15/7/2018 I have 100% white hair it has made my hair go light grey I query the gloves as they are black as I was applying the colour I noticed dark streaks on my hair I am not impressed

I bought this colour as I am not frightened to make my white hair go dark purple. I expected a light lilac and thats exactly what I got... I love it!!!
