L'Oréal Paris is proud to launch the Women for Worth Awards, part of its global Women for Worth program. Rooted in our enduring belief that everyone is worth it, the awards turn our commitment to women's self-worth into action by recognising and supporting leaders who empower women and elevate their role in society.
The awards celebrates and supports women and men leading non-profit organisations or initiatives that empower women and drive lasting social progress.
They recognise leaders addressing one or more of four transversal challenges affecting women's self worth and place in society: security, equal pay, financial independence, and access to employment. These priorities were identified by women through L'Oréal Paris' Self-Worth Tracker1.
The program is structured around four communities (Women & Art/Culture, Women & Sport, Women & Tech, and Men for Worth). These reflect the spaces in which candidates create change and reflect the role men can play in building a more equal future for women.
Each year, four individuals across Australia and New Zealand will be recognised as Women for Worth honourees. Each will receive a AU-$32,000 charitable grant, mentorship through the L’Oréal Paris network and a national and global platform to share their story, scale their impact and amplify their impact on women's lives.

A JURY OF EXPERTS
Each of the four honourees will be selected by a dedicated panel of experts. This panel brings together recognised and trusted voices with deep expertise in their respective fields to recognise leaders whose work demonstrates meaningful impact and the potential for lasting change.
