ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION OF THE AWARD

L'Oréal Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 004 191 673), a subsidiary of L'Oréal Group, by its brand L'Oréal Paris in the Consumer Products Division, with its registered office at Level 13, 564 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Australia, 3004 (L'Oréal Paris ANZ or L'Oréal), organises the Women for Worth Award (Award). The application period runs from 22 October 2026 to 11 December 2026, with the Laureates to be publicly announced in March 2027.

This Award is launched at the initiative of L'Oréal Paris as part of its global Women for Worth program, deployed simultaneously across countries where the brand operates. Its ambition is to recognise women and men who, as leaders of a not-for-profit organisation (including not-for-profit NGOs and registered charities) take concrete action to empower women and improve social progress for women in society.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE AND AMBITION OF THE AWARD

The Award shines a spotlight on inspiring individuals, women and men, who lead organisations with a positive impact on women's lives. • Equal pay: access to equal remuneration and rights.
  • Financial independence: access to employment, resources and economic autonomy.
  • Access to employment: professional inclusion, training and career progression.

ARTICLE 5 – SELECTION PROCESS

The selection takes place in two stages:

5.1 Pre-selection

A pre-selection committee composed of L'Oréal Paris ANZ and Plan International Australia Ltd (ABN 49 004 875 807) (PLAN International) will review all applications received based on the following criteria:

5.2 Official Jury

An independent jury, composed of recognised personalities from the fields of technology, sport and culture (including cinema and social advocacy) and one chairperson, supported by a panel of social impact experts, will deliberate to select one Laureate per community, for a total of four Laureates.

The jury will evaluate candidates based on the following criteria:

  • Societal impact and scale: number of beneficiaries, tangible outcomes, sustainability of actions and possibility to scale;
  • Leadership and vision: ability to mobilise, innovate and inspire;
  • Alignment with Women for Worth values: genuine commitment to women's empowerment; and
  • Exemplarity and replicability: potential to inspire other local actors and organisations.

The jury's decision will then be validated after a due-diligence process organised by PLAN International in collaboration with L’Oréal Paris ANZ.

Applicants with an existing personal or professional association or engagement with L’Oréal Paris ANZ or PLAN International such as current employment, consultancy, board membership or a direct financial or contractual relationship with either organisation will be excluded from the jury’s evaluation. For clarity, an applicant's awareness of, or referral to, the Women for Worth Award through Plan International's or L’Oréal Paris ANZ’s direct or indirect outreach in connection with promoting the Award does not in itself constitute an association or engagement and will not affect eligibility.

The final decision is sovereign, final and without appeal. It may not be contested, nor be subject to explanation or justification.
