I bought L'oreal preference infinia, 9.1 colour.
My hair colour was light blonde towards blonde, after the aplication my hair started to go darker and darker.
You guys need to fix this product as it does not come out what it should.

With a high concentration of dyes, Préférence provides 9 weeks of fade-defying* and multidimensional colour, respecting the hair’s natural highs and lows, for a look that is radiant, luminous and lasting.

How To Use
STEP 1 - PREP: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on gloves. Open the colour gel bottle and pour it into the developer bottle. Secure and close the applicator tip and shake to obtain a completely even mixture. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid product overflow.
STEP 2 - APPLY COLOUR: Part your hair into small, even sections and apply the colour on lengths first, roots after. Massage until hair is fully saturated. Wait 25 minutes and rinse.
STEP 3 - CARE: Apply the shine protect conditioner, let it sit for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
