Préférence Preference Permanent Hair Colour - 5 Light Brown

I tried a new colour called Moscow 11.21 Ultra light cool pearl blonde. My natural hair colour was dark blonde. Instead of the very light blonde colour on the packet, i ended up with brassy almost light strawberry blonde. my hair has also ended up almost like straw. I’ve had to use a toner and purple shampoo to try and take the brassyness out. Very disappointed. I used to use Alaska, so didnt expect this awful result.

I find your colour range very good however could marketing please include decent gloves as the gloves provided are very flimsy and tiny, I cannot use these gloves without them tearing as they are virtually impossible to put on. Every time I used your colours I need to buy an extra set of rubber gloves and it is very annoying. Just thought I would provide this feedback.

i have used loreal for a long time now but this new dye with colour extender seems to have changed the product. after applying dye and rinsing out my hair felt matted and stripped of all oils etc. the conditioner made a differnce but my hair now feels like straw and has no shine. i will not be using this product again. i have also been disappointed with the root touch up. loreal what ever your doing please go back to the old dye it was lovely and worked well............all you have done now is ruin the product!

I always use L'Oreal brand but this was very disappointed I couldn't handle the smell highly chemical,I got headache and breathing problems,and couldn't see and colour change waste of my money

I love this colour, it was perfect for me. I was going from dyeing my hair blonde for years, in 2 stages, back to a more natural red, and this was used 2 weeks after I used California as my stage 1 move.

My hair turned out exactly the colour I expected, no, correction.... in fact it was 100% nicer than expected, richer and not at all too dark - which was my only real worry.

My hair is now a beautiful cross between chestnut and red and it is gorgeous, glossy and really interesting.

The condition is top class too. I will keep this colour from now on. All I need is for you not to discontinue.

I would love to see more natural reds in ranges - this fab colour is often overlooked in ranges and I think its because people are scared of how reds turn out - but seriously, don't be with this range, they are natural and fab!

Been searching for years but have finally found a colour I adore and have stuck with it - really hope you never stop making Oslo hair dye L'oreal! I cannot get over and neither can my hairdresser (who has swapped to this exact colour after seeing it), how natural it looks (my partner also loves it). Not a yellow colour whatsoever - thank you very much. I would give 10 out of 10 if I could x

Terrible effect. My hair before dying were blonde, just different shade than that on a box. So I used this hair dye, to simply change the shade of my hair, and completely new hair color turned out: brown. Plus, this brown looks terrible, is not even a nice brown. The box simply lied.

This is an amazing product. Ive used L'oreal but Prodigy in 9.0 ivory shade, so after my roots grow I decided to use 9 Oslo of L'oreal recital preference.
The application was super wasy to use, and the color was great. Iam very happy with the result. Great job L'oreal.

I'm a natural redhead, now going grey and find it difficult to get a colour that isn't either bright orange or brown but this is perfect. Covers the grey and looks like my natural auburn colour. I'd recommend it to any redhead who wants to stay that way.

I have used Palma for a while now but was disappointed to see it being removed and replaced with Bruges.
Burges is to golden for my hair colour and it goes ginger.
Hope you will bring back Palma or I will have to start looking for a new colour.

I bought this product to specifically cover my greys. It says in multiple spots on the box "100% Grey Coverage" which is why I chose it. Waste of time and money as it didn't cover my greys at all.

Disappointed has this didn't stay black but dark brown instead, specially if comparing with the casting creme gloss packs I have used in the past. Love the conditioner that's comes in the pack.

dispite buying this product specifically because it promised 100% grey coverage the end result was disappointing. it did not cover my grey and the colour was nothing like the box promised

I used this product last weekend & won’t be using it again. Doesn’t cover grey at all, is very liquid going on, so you can’t see where you’ve applied. Rubbish product!

I have used this colour for 23 years and have not had any problems. The colour is good and the new oil does not add any problems to usage.

After 5 days of applying hair colour, the greys have reappeared. Called head office to let them and person I spoke to was apologetic.

Used Florence Black (1.07) to do a root touch up, turned my roots (grey) into a reddish/brown color.

I bought 10.21 - done absolutely noting - my hair did not get lighter
