I have been colouring roots with this for over 10 years - 10.21 or 11.21. Sunday I did exactly the same 12 weeks apart - after 15 minutes it felt wrong .. went to rinse out and my waist length thick. - I mean rope like hair just all came away in shower !!! Horrified I doused in conditioner and when combing through - it felt out in handfuls .. I couldn’t get in to hairdresser until tomorrow! I’m going to have to pay $200 to cut to Bob and treatment for next 6 months . I feel this is a product issue not a me issue . Will L’Oréal take any financial responsibility for a simple process I have been doing for many many years ?? I’m absolutely devastated. As 5 years to grow back to this length and thickness .

How To Use
STEP 1 - PREP: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on gloves. Open the colour gel bottle and pour it into the developer bottle. Secure and close the applicator tip and shake to obtain a completely even mixture. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid product overflow.
STEP 2 - APPLY COLOUR: Part your hair into small, even sections and apply the colour on lengths first, roots after. Massage until hair is fully saturated. Wait 25 minutes and rinse.
STEP 3 - CARE: Apply the shine protect conditioner, let it sit for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
