Fantastic product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow i have to say loreal have shocked me with this magic retouch, i really was not expecting this to work but my god this is such a fantastic product to bring out, its so quick and easy to apply with no mess(i was shocked) has no bad or strong smell and to top it off it was the perfect hair match so i was so so happy, i had just tried a hair die product few days befour and it didnt take to my hair so when i received this it definitely came at the right time and i couldn't be happier with the results, i would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of purchasing this to do so as you would not be disappointed, it really is just like ive had my hair done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product is perfect if you only have a few visible greys which frame your face or along your parting. I used the tip applicator first to do my roots and then switched to the brush to make sure I caught all the fluffy greys along my hairline at the front. I initially thought there wasn’t much product, but there was more than I needed. I left it on for exactly 10 minutes and it worked as intended - all greys were covered and it blended perfectly with the rest of my hair. I actually did this as I was getting ready for a night out and it was so quick! I would definitely purchase again.

Easy dye job

I have previously used dye to dye my whole head when needing to cover grey as i found it really difficult to just complete the roots. Using this product it was exceptionally easy to just complete the areas that needed doing. I found that the process was easy and I was amazed at the results and the ease in which it was obtained. A bonus was that my hair felt silky and shiny and looked in fantastic condition. I will definitely use this product again and recommend it’s use to family and friends

Missing colourant

Purchased about 6-8wks ago on sale because I'd only just dyed my full head with the very same brand and line at home, so thought buying a touch up kit only made sense given my love for the original spray.. however, I've opened the box up just now only to discover the whole thing is useless as all there is are the gloves, the leaflet, the brush applicator tip and the developer bottle. The colour itself is missing!! Shattered because god knows I need it right now I look a mess!! 😠😭

Quick and easy

Easy to mix and the brush applicator makes it a breeze to apply without mess or fuss. The wait time before washing the product off after application was short so that’s another plus. Coverage and the colour match for my hair was excellent. I only used it a week ago so I can’t say yet whether it will last for a whole month but so far so good.
The only downside is price - it costs almost as much as the regular L’Oreal hair dye but overall a great product.

Great holiday fix

The instructions were clear enough for you to understand what to do in order to get applicator ready. I used the applicator attachment thinking it would give a better coverage by combing through my partings. The 10 minute wait was quick but I waited a further 2 minutes to make sure the dye was effective. After washing out all the hair dye as per instructions it would look really good as all my grey hairs had gone.

Simple and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always find dying my hair quite a long process. Usually it’s just the roots that need done yet I cover my hair in colour. This is such a brilliant idea to have just enough product to cover greys at the roots. The box contains gloves, enough hair dye and a brush with holes in, to evenly distribute the hair dye. This is such a handy kit to have in the home. Once applied, leave it for ten minutes then wash out.

My quick touch up hair dye

I have tried on my gray hair , it is good but honestly speaking it’s not give you full coverage, but certainly for quick touch up it’s good and give you excellent results.I was little over conscious that some time colour touches to my forehead .Application is easy but it goes too much in my scalp so sometimes not give good results. Overall it’s good if you are in hurry and save you from ohhh to ahhh .

L’Oréal Paris Magic Retouch Permanent Root Touch Up Dye Kit. First time user and coverage was great. Easy to apply with no mess and extremely happy with the results. So easy to do at home. And great
To be able to do the retouches between hairdresser appointments. Or give that a miss altogether when you can do at home. Would highly recommend for the retouch time and for those who need it more often.

L'Oreal Magic Retouch Permanent Root Concealer is even better what I expected. It is completely mess free and long lasting. It blends perfectly with my hair colour. It is totally invisible while perfectly covers those pesky greys. The pack contains even a very handy applicator brush. Brilliant!

Quick Easy Application

The shade was perfect for my hair colour and the brush applicator was so easy to use. I did only leave the colour in for 10 minutes to get a true result as it claims. It did Colour well, although a couple of grey hairs were still visible. I think an extra 5 minutes may have given a better result. Overall I thought this product was perfect for in between hair colouring.

Great product

It does come with few shades as well to choose from. It is easy and straight forward to use. Convenient touch up

L’Oréal Paris Magic Retouch Permanent Root Touch Up Dye Kit was really easy to use. Instructions were clear and it was easy to mix and apply using the brush applicator. Root coverage was good and I am pleased with the result but time will tell how long it lasts. I would like the kit to have less of the strong chemicals used and for it to be more natural.

Great grey hair coverage!

Best hair colour experience I had. Easy to apply and no mess at all. Also just a great coverage for my greys in only 10 minutes. Bottle is a sleek nd had a brush applicator. I am really impressed with this magic retouch permanent colouring kit. I can definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for a great grey coverage in a less time.

It’s an easy application, not messy at all and covers my grey roots perfectly and the best thing is it’s permanent so no keep re applying after washing my hair. There’s nothing to not like about this product!

I found the application process quite easy. It was a great consistancy, and applied quickly and had great coverage.
I found it was a little patchy when it came to the grey coverage. While it was great for my normal regrowth, the grey didn't have the best cover. And i found the grey came back quickly, compared to other brands i have used.

Quick and easy root touch up

The set up process to home dye your hair can be a bit daunting at first but this kit is so quick and easy and not to mention the applicator brush being fantastic. I had a few gray hairs to contend with and was very surprised that in only ten minutes they were completely gone! I would highly recommend this product for root touch ups.

The packaging was neat and the bristle applicator was convenient and effective. I found it much better than the usual plastic nozzle. It glided through the hair effortlessly. It covered my stubborn greys well and was less messy than other dyes I've used. I would buy this product again and definitely recommend people give it a try.

Fantastic for covering grey roots!

This was so much easier to use than I thought it would be! I have grey stripes around my face and, although I colour my hair, it is pretty noticeable when the grey regrowth comes through. The L'Oreal Magic Touch Permanent Root Touch Up darkened the grey roots without a lot of fuss. The grey is gone and my hair looks great.

Excellent grey coverage

I was given a trial product in Darkest Brown. The box included disposable gloves to the brush attachment for easy application. There was enough product for my hairline and top parting, but not enough for roots for my whole head. The box clearly states that it's only meant to be for a touch up.
The dye was quite dark and strong and I had to be careful of stains. Application was easy with the brush attachment, but I did have to be careful to not squeeze the color bottle too hard to cause dripping. The instructions said to leave for 10-15 mins so I did the latter. The grey coverage was excellent. The colour hasn't faded after several shampoos.
I think it's very effective. I do question the RRP of $20 though. I hope brands will go in the direction of some Asian hair dyes where the creams are in resealable tubes mixing in 1:1 ratio, and you can just use as much or as little you want, for the whole head or for touch ups. It's also more environmentally friendly.

I love the little brush that you use to apply the colour, it makes the application so easy and fuss free. I love that the processing time is only 10 minutes. The end result was fantastic and my greys were completely covered.

L'Oréal Paris Magic Retouch was easy to understand directions and also mix products. Plus the little handy applicator made it mess free.
No over powering smells and was so quick to use with such a great out come.
Covered all my grey hairs and left my hair feeling soft and smooth.

Application process was easy and product went on amazingly.
I was quite shocked with how well it covered as I usually leave a colour on for much longer than 12 minutes.

The liquid colourant was easy to pour into the developer bottle then with a quick shake it was ready to apply using the soft brush applicator brush. It gave good coverage and I like that it can last up 4 weeks - a great quick touch-up between full re-colours. So convenient and easy to use.

Touch up Loreal Dark Brown hair color

This is a touch up only in Darkest Brown, more like a hair colour but in a smaller tube for an inbetween colouring when the need requires. I have used this as a one application. I would recommend for people who do not mind a smaller touch up job requiring a quick colour and wash after.

I loved the kit, it was easy to use & stress free. The coverage was great for my grey roots . The colour I chose matched the colour of my hair, so there was no grey showing and prolonged the time between dyes. I will definitely look out for it at my supermarket next time I shop.

I was able to retouch my greys using the easy mess-free applicator. I have large hands so I was pleased the gloves fit well and were of good quality. Easy to mix and apply, my hair is a lovely shade of brown again at the roots, shiny and soft. I highly recommend this product.

The grey coverage is good and the smell wasn't bad at all. I didn't need to open the window. I hope Loreal make a bigger bottle for regular hair dye in this format too.

I found this product east to use, and it wasn't that messy. The brush head made it simple to get to your roots and apply an even coverage of the dye. It also matched my current colour really well. I would recommend this product, especially for grey coverage.

The L’Oréal Paris magic retouch kit was very easy to use. Instructions were clear. The application brush makes the application very easy. After washing hair, I could not see any greys. The amount of solutions also was enough to cover the whole scalp
