[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this shampoo with the scalp oil and conditioner for the maximum productivity. I found the shampoo to smell lovely and clean and lathered up really well, only a small amount is needed and I have long, thick hair.
I usually have to use a large amount of conditioner after washing my hair due to it not feeling nourished and tangled, but I noticed that when using this shampoo my hair felt soft and nourished without even putting the conditioner on.

After using the conditioner and drying my hair, it looks and feels amazing. My roots feel soft and nourished like the rest of my hair and I have been able to visibly see the difference in my roots being less oily.

It is formulated with salicylic and hyaluronic acid which is something I only needed to apply to my face. The bottle is a lavender colour and is a clear liquid in a 340ml bottle. I would say it provides probably 48hrs of fresh roots not 72 as stated on the bottle. I applied the shampoo to my roots and used a scalp brush to massage the shampoo into my roots and ends. My hair definitely feels lighter and nourished after using. Would definitely keep trying to see how long i can extend my hair washes.

I used this shampoo along with the conditioner and serum in the same range and it left my hair feeling and looking great. I have long dark hair that I often curl with a heating tool and this leaves my hair dry and damaged. I also train at the gym a few times a week and this leaves my roots oily from the sweat and I have found that this product has certainly helped with my hair concerns. The shampoo has a lovely light scent and lathers well into my hair. I’d definitely recommend this shampoo to anyone who has an oily scalp and dry hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this shampoo smells amazing! I love the refreshing floral aroma and how it lingers in my hair days after washing. It comes is a translucent, light violet shade plastic bottle which makes it easy easy to see how far you're using up the formula inside. My hair gets visibly greasy after washing within about 2 days, so I need something like this that clarifies the roots and add moisture where it is needed most which is toward the ends! This does just that and you can notice it from the first wash. My hair is feeling much more evenly hydrated from root to tip and it feels softer and look shinier too!

The smell is inoffensive and my hair feels clean afterwards. I haven't noticed any hydrating qualities to it and after using this with the conditioner it left my hair dry, noting my hair is bleached and I regularly use heat on it, and have had more hydrating results using other brands.

I will continue to use the products and will update the review if I notice anything different. I would not recommend this product, or the whole shampoo, conditioner and serum regime, and at this stage I would not repurchase it.a

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long hair with oily roots and dry ends and normally choose purifying shampoos. But I always use it only once a week because they are too drying for myself.
Surprisingly with this Elvive line this didn’t happen. I use all three products every time I wash my hair (which thanks to the serum I guess is once every 3 days, and before that I washed my hair every other day) and very happy with the result.
My hair feels very light and bouncy. And looks healthy and shiny.
The scent of it isn’t overpowering but it stays for days, which I personally like.
I will keep using it and repurchase when this one ends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo is now a fave honestly it’s cheap and sold at pretty much every grocery store and chemist it’s lightweight and foams up it also fully cleans the head not leaving any traces of grease but it also doesn’t leave a heavy feeling to the hair it comes in a convenient bottle which is easy to store in the shower and it’s a perfect sized bottle considering you only need a little bit of product it’s great for people with dry sensitive scalps and it doesn’t effect any hair colours I wouldn’t say it’s salon level product as it does contain some harsh ingredients but for your everyday shampoo it’s a winner

After using the scalp serum, I use the shampoo to fully cleanse and clean my hair, and the range is now a firm favourite. I love that it's formulated with nourishing skincare ingredients such as salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid to nourish my scalp and hair, keeping my locks hydrated. The purple and teal colours are really visibly appealing to the eye. The bottle itself i find is the standard L’Oréal shampoo bottle packaging.
I find the shampoo cleaned well, however, I found my ends were quite dry so perhaps it felt a little too over stripping for my mid to ends.
I also find it too heavily scented. I didn’t really like the fragrance. I wish they would not make it so strong in fragrance so it does not give me a headache or clash with the perfume which I am going to wear.

I found this to lather quite nicely with a thin textured feel.. it wasn't thick and hard to move around my scalp/hair, nor did it make my hair dry and stick together in a matted mess before conditioner!

It feels like it just clarifies really well. Which isn’t particularly a bad thing but I was hoping this range would keep some moisture in my hair. Using the full range I found that my hair felt quite dry after use. And even though I wanted something that would help to control the oil production. I still wanted to have hydrated and silky hair. I feel like you can’t achieve all of the above with this range unfortunately. The smell is incredible and I definitely don’t think that the range is bad but it definitely clarifies the hair and the scalp.

I found the shampoo had a pleasant scent and was easy to apply. After 72 hours I could definitely see a reduction in oil at my roots compared to other shampoos that I have used. The only problem with this product is I found that it made my hair difficult to untangle when wet and it also seemed to make my hair more knotty when dry.
