Our reformulated 3 step system ensures your hair will be left with impeccable grey cover, superior strength, replenished like never before. The protective colouring cream is enriched with Pro-Keratin for long lasting colour and strengthens hair. The new caring post-colour shampoo delicately cleanses the scalp and balances your scalp pH level for less irritation. Once you've completed your natural brown hair dye process, complete your routine with the Colour Protect Wonder Water Hair Treatment that leaves your hair nourished and hydrated.

How does Excellence Crème hair dye work?
Hair dye works by temporarily changing the colour of the hair shaft. The colour molecules in the dye are larger than the natural pigment molecules in the hair, so they can't penetrate the cuticle, or outer layer, of the hair. Instead, they lodge in the cortex, or middle layer, where they gradually fade as the hair is exposed to sunlight and other environmental factors. In order to use at-home hair dye effectively, it's important to select a shade that is similar to your natural hair colour. If your goal is to cover grey hairs, look for a shade that is one or two shades darker than your natural colour. For best results, follow the instructions on the package carefully.

Things to consider when dyeing your hair
Before you take the plunge and dye your hair, there are a few things you should consider. Think about what colour you want. If you're looking to make a big change, go for a bold new hue. But if you're just looking for a little bit of colour, stick with a shade that's close to your natural colour. Next, think about how much time and effort you're willing to put into your hair. Permanent hair colour will require regular touch-ups, while semi-permanent colour will only last a few weeks. Once you've taken all of these factors into consideration, you'll be ready to choose the perfect hair colour for you! Read more on choosing the best hair colour for your skin tone.

For even longer lasting hair colour, be sure to use our Colour Protect hair care specially designed for coloured hair.
