L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Shine Addiction Lipstick is amazing. It has a creamy texture and glides on smoothly. It also has a lovely smell and I found that the lipstick had good staying power. The lipstick also comes in many lovely shades.\nIt adds a nice glossy shine to my lips without being sticky and I love how well it kept my lips well hydrated throughout the day. It's like a lip stick and lip balm in one.\nThe lipstick was very buildable, with one application giving a light sheer look. Apply to your lips two or three times for a deeper, bolder colour.\nOverall I really liked this lipstick and would recommend it to everyone.\n

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 5 out of 5 stars.Isabel L.· 8 years agoI absolutely love these lipsticks! The product had such a smooth application and did not dry out my lips, which is by far my main problem when it comes to lipsticks. I was a little bit hesitant at the prospect of the lipstick appearing too shiny, but found that the extra glow this product gave to my face was superb. The pigmentation was excellent, and I even found the lipstick to have quite a nice fragrance to it. I was pleasantly surprised that I found all 3 lipsticks to be extremely versatile and could rely on them for both daytime and night wear. My expectations were exceeded by this product and I will definitely be recommending and purchasing again!

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 4 out of 5 stars.Victor Do· 8 years agoLet's start off with the packaging of this product - a plastic crystal look but extremely durable to be thrown in a handbag. If you do decide to leave it out, make sure it isn't near sunlight as it'll act like a magnifying glass and melt the product. The product itself, extremely pigmented and did as what it claimed to be "one swipe" - using a brush to apply around the corners of the mouth made it easy. Even after an entire day's work, there were no signs of dry lips, cracking or less "pop" from the colour. \n\nIn summary, a great pigmented lipstick that can be used as a daily product and used for occasions where you need a quick and bold lip colour. \n

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 4 out of 5 stars.Allie C.· 8 years agoThe “only in paris shade”is my new favourite everyday lipstick! Whilst it isnt the most pigmented lipstick i’ve had, it provides a nice pop of colour and saves the need to put a gloss over the top, which is great as i find most glosses move the lipstick beneath it. The lipsticks are ultra hydrating as well so your lips dont feel cracked or dry after a full day of wear. I also tried the insanesation shade which is a beautiful true red.I would definitely recommend it for red lipstick lovers! All in all, i think these a great everyday lipsticks but if you are a full pigment type of person they probably arent ideal for you.

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 5 out of 5 stars.Susan Y.· 8 years agoI love these lipsticks! When I first saw the colours in the tubes I was quite dubious, but to my surprise I liked all three, and I have finally found a red I feel happy with! They were very easy to apply, and my lips felt comfortable and hydrated all day. Although the gloss faded quite quickly when eating and drinking, the pigmentation lasted longer, and I have never found a gloss which survives that anyway. It is great to get the glossy shine with no stickiness, a definite plus on a windy day with long hair! I will certainly be checking out the other colours in the range, but these three are definite winners for me.

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 5 out of 5 stars.Nikki K· 8 years agoBeautiful lightweight buttery lipstick. I sampled three colours, a red, brown and pink and was pleased with the colour payoff of all three. That being said all three colours were buildable from a light sheen to a deep rich colour. The formula is very moisturising and not at all sticky, which I was quite surprised at, given it is a high gloss lipstick. The lipsticks all had an AMAZING smell and felt 'expensive'. The packaging is fantastic and very durable - they all survived a week living at the bottom of my handbag and don't look any worse for wear. Overall would recommend anyone who likes a high gloss lipstick, without the sticky sensation most have, give these a try.

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 3 out of 5 stars.Sally M.· 8 years agoThis was my first product trial, and I was expecting sample sizes, so I was very happy to get the full sized product! These lipsticks are encased in a smart clear plastic and gold case and came in three colours, a sheer brown, a peachy pink, and a bright blue based red. I love the feel of these lipsticks, they go on smoothly and feel moist and glossy without being sticky or greasy. Like a lot of glossy lipsticks, they did not have a lot of staying power and wore off quite quickly when I was eating or drinking, leaving a smear around my mouth. These lipsticks left my lips feeling soft and moisturised, but they need to be reapplied quite often, which was a bit disappointing.

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 4 out of 5 stars.Anonymous· 8 years agoI tried three shades - Only in Paris, Hot IRL and Isanesation. The packaging instantly sold me - contemporary and chic. My favourite shade was Hot IRL- it suited my skin tone nicely (fair with a pink-ish undertone), it wasn't too overstated and it gave me lots of late nineties-cool-girl feels. Across the board, the lippies were great. They delivered on the hydration (a must in winter) and had a super glossy, but not tacky finish. I usually prefer a matte finish lipstick, because I am a lazy girl and dislike re-applying but I found no real need to if paired with a corresponding lipliner (red, pinky-nude and transparent). Will definitely buy this product and recommend to my friends.

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 4 out of 5 stars.Anonymous· 8 years agoI trialed threeshades of the lip sticks - Hot IRL (Brown tone), Only in Paris (Pink tone), Isanesation(red tone). My favorite is Isanesation it’s a lovely shade of red with a glossyfinish which did not stick to everything in sight – i.e. my hair, clothes. Happywith that!! It did not dry out my lips like other lipsticks can do and stayedon for a night out of drinking, eating and chatting with friends. Hot IRL didnot suit my skin tone – think it would be more suitable for darker / tannedskin tones. Only in Paris is more suitable for day wear – perfect to wear towork or a brunch event. Overall I’d recommend this lipstick and would recommendwith Isanesation for a night out on the town.\n

They are surprisingly long lasting and give just enough colour with or without lip liner. The one thing I loved the most is the fact that it is so shiny like a lipgloss but isn’t sticky at like a lip gloss! If you’re sick of your hair sticking to your lips when you put lip gloss on this is the product for you!! Only issue is that the gloss doesn’t hold up as much as the colour of the lipstick does! Otherwise I will definitely be continuing to wear this product on a night out as I love having that shine without my hair sticking to my lips

They were so comfortable to wear, very moisturising, creamy but not sticky, and they lasted quite a long time. I usually wear lip balm before applying any lipstick, but with these ones I didn't have too. The colour of these lipsticks are very nice. The only thing is that because I have an olive tone skin colour, the lipstick colour doesn't really stand out, except for the red one. But all in all, I really like them and would definitely recommend to anyone!\n\n

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 3 out of 5 stars.Hayley C.· 8 years agoI was lucky enough to receive 3 shades for review. I wouldn't really classify them as a lipstick its more a mix between a balm and a gloss. The positives are that they are very moisturizing and not overly sticky. The brighter red shade was nice after blotting it down to more of a stain. They aren't my favourite lipstick formula as I prefer a more matte/satin finish but the nude colour works well as a lipstick topper to add a little sheen. They do require a lot of reapplication as they come off very easily. They feel very sturdy in the hard plastic shell and are easy to throw in the handbag.

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 3 out of 5 stars.Emma B.· 8 years agoFirst I am excited to see glossy finish creeping back into lipstick I am tired of matte and don't find it very flattering for my skintone. I was also lucky to trail the 3 shades 'Only in Paris' - Pale pink, 'Hot IRL' - Brown and 'Insanesation'- Bold red. \nThe packaging looks stylish and the lipsticks smell divine. They apply smoothly however pink shade went on a little streaky but that was easily fixed with quick dab with finger. The formula is hydrating and leaves your lips glossy without being sticky.\nI like the pink shade for daytime work look and will be reaching for red for a night out unfortunately the brown does not suit my (very pale) complexion and may be relegated to back of the draw. \n\n

The red has more depth of colour than the other two shades and would have to be my favourite from the 3. The brown and pink are more like a gloss with better colour payoff but a little more sheer. all 3 are a great top colour (topper) \nIm more of a matte girl personally but for what they are I did enjoy them and would recommend them to people who actually prefer this style of lipstick.\nI did love the packaging aswell!\n

The product had a smooth application and didn't feel heavy like some other rich lippies I've tried in the past. It coats my lips wonderfully and left a really nice fragrance. Sparkling Rose was the shade I picked and it was a beautiful light pinky/peaching colour and was very natural looking. I was surprised at how well it lasted and faded off evenly which is super important to me. At a great price point, this lipstick has everything I look for. Highly recommended!

Normally I cant get any lipstick to stay stuck on my lips for longer than 10 minutes but this stuff was an amazing and lasted so long. I touched up after dinner as a little bit hard worn off as you'd expect after eating and drinking. Then twice more during night after sweating it up on the dance floor and downing a bottle of water. Almost scared myself when I looked in mirror the next morning to see full red lips still in place - it hadn't budged at all. Can not tell you how much I LOVE these lipsticks they have a great smell to them and feel as it just glides on with a lovely shine to them. They really are amazing!! Thank you L'Oreal for my new favourite xx

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 4 out of 5 stars.Kate H.· 8 years agoThese lipsticks are highly pigmented, hence their 'one swipe' application. Upon application, it feels like you have primed with lip balm, but in fact it is just the texture of this lippy. These are for you if you love high shine/gloss. The red is definetly not a day time one for me but it's so beautiful. I found that it wasn't long lasting, so I had to reapply. But when I used it in conjuction with a setting liquid on top, it stayed and made the color less shiny.\n\nThe packaging is made of clear and silver plastic that is sturdy and can fit in your purse easily.\n

…★★★★★ ★★★★★ 4 out of 5 stars.Lou· 8 years agoThese lipsticks glide on beautifully - so easy to apply. They smell lovely and have a perfect shine and hint of shimmer. The red is like a full lipstick with a bright and luscious colour, allowing you to create a crisp outline. It has good staying power, even better when blotting and powdering one layer and applying and leaving the second layer as it is. The brown and pink are a little more like a gloss with great colour but more sheer. They also have great staying power if blotting to stain the lips then applying another layer for a gloss finish. I loved all of them but the 'Only in Paris' pink shade is definitely my new favourite for everyday wear. It is also a great topper for other lipsticks when you need some added shine.\n

This lipstick applies smoothly and quite evenly. It feels soft and not sticky on your lips and has a lovely shiny finish. My lips felt hydrated and smooth, wearing this lipstick. I loved the different shades I tried - they were vivid and unique. I was particularly impressed with the brown shade and will have this as a staple going forward. Overall I liked the colour and finish, but generally, I prefer a bit of a richer coverage. I would recommend this to anyone and particularly to those who are unsure if they'd like a lipstick. They glide on with ease, aren’t patchy whatsoever and provide plenty of pigmentation. Matte lipsticks dry out my lips too much but thankfully these are a velvet/satin feel. Dont underestimate them though, they are long lasting with a beautiful sheen. Definitely a great one to pop in your bag and go, whether it’s a night on the town or a long day at the office. I'm not really a lipstick person usually opting for a sheer gloss or balm but this product felt nourishing and comfortable while giving me a more polished look than a regular balm. \nI used 'Only in Paris' a natural pinky colour daily at work and found that I could layer 'Not IRL' over it for a beautiful nude lip. \nThe 'Insanesation' red shade was harder for me to use mainly because i'm not used to a red lip but after purchasing a liner again I found it a flattering colour and really comfortable on my lips. \nI loved the scent of these lipsticks. It's a scent i'm beginning to associate with L'Oreal which is a great thing. \nI definitely recommend these lipsticks but I recommend investing in a liner too to get the best look from this product. \n

They were easy to apply straight from the tube - nice shape and consistency. I love that they're glossy without feeling oily or sticky. The colour lasts quite well, but the gloss fades quite quickly leaving a semi matte finish - which while still pretty - is not what I really wanted. I found myself having to reapply. Pleasantly scented, full rich colour - I would recommend for the price!\n

Out of the three the red - insanesation were the most pigmented the pink (112) & brown (643) were sheer upon application but Can apply few layers to build on colour . You’d instantly feel the moisturising affect upon application. \nAll three coulours complimented my melanin skin although I favored the brown one. They are best when paired with a liner. They all have the same subtle fragrance. Unfortunately though they didn’t stay put for very long. You’d find that you need to touch up or reapply after 4hours . \nTo me they were more like tinted lip balms except for the red (350). I think these colours compliment any skin tone and would definitely recommend.\n

I was very impressed with how pigmented this lipstick is. It's so creamy and glossy, yet deposits a lot of colour. It was very comfortable in my dry lips, and the colour was still mostly there after eating and wiping my lips with a tissue - just without the gloss. This is very unlike other glossy lipsticks I've tried in the past which tend to me lower pigment and does not have much lasting power.
Recommended for those who like pigmented lipsticks and are looking for a glossy finish.
