[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a member of lorealistar I have been selected to test L'Oreal Paris Infallible 3 Second Setting Mist in return for my honest review I sprayed the setting mist over my makeup the product sprayed evenly with no dripping a fine mist it dried straight away as described there is a slight fragrance to the product which faded as it dried it never bothered my sensitive skin I tried the transfer test after 3 seconds with a cotton pad and the product never came off my makeup stayed in place all day this product has 36Hr non smudge non transferable staying power it gave a nice finishing touch to my makeup I am very impressed with this product and I definitely recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is like a hairspray. It’s sprays, smells and fixes like one. It’s great for light makeup and doesn’t transfer on light touch.
I use very little foundation and wear a mask all day. Previously, I would see foundation on the inside but my masks have been clean after using this. However, I tested this with lipstick and the result wasn’t as good. I even doubled the spray over lips but it still transferred.
Wiping my nose or rubbing my face slightly heavy transferred make up too.
It is like a hairspray so when using this, I recommend using a towel over your hair. Overspray brushes out but not completely.

This is a quick and easy to apply setting spray. It does the job well, actually setting makeup and lasting all night. The product itself is aerosol so it does have a bit of a hairspray smell to it, which I didn’t enjoy.
The packaging size makes it super easy and convenient to store as it hardly takes up any space.
If you’re after a setting spray that does the job, is very quick and convenient and doesn’t break the bank, this could be the one for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time myself and my daughter have used a setting mist spray and both of us are so happy with the results. I used it for a night out and my makeup stayed perfect all night long, so i had no need to touch up any of my makeup at all that night, which was so nice. My daughter who wears heavy black makeup on her eyes, used it before going to an indoor rock concert and for her it’s now her new makeup must have! Where before in a concert, her eye makeup would run and smudge as it was so hot and humid, after applying this setting mist, her eye makeup for the first time ever never run or smudged and stayed perfect all night long. So definitely 100% we are both going to be buying more!

First I did not like this mist spray if you’re just a little bit too close to your skin than recommended it feels like you sprayed your spray with a sticky hair spray that doesn’t come off at all and looks really shiny. When applied correctly you don’t feel the setting mist at all and the make up stays good all day/all night long. Easy to remove with waterproof make up remover. Good smell, easy to apply just follow direction of use.

I love this makeup setting spray. I love the sweet fresh smell of it and I love how fine the mist is. Having such a fine mist, this means I don't get a wet face that drips or takes ages to dry like you get with other setting sprays. It dries instantly and doesn't leave a film on my skin. It doesn't sting or cause any irritation. It also hasn't caused my skin to breakout nor does it clog my pores. It sets my makeup in place all day and night and I have combination-oily skin so usually my makeup does come off a bit and go oily in the afternoon. This setting spray has stopped that and I no longer have to touch up my makeup if I'm heading out straight after work. I love it. I'm going to purchase another one asap. I've told my friends about it and they are going to purchase too. This is such an awesome product. I've never seen a product like this before nor tried. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've not really tired setting spray before so I thought I'd give this a try. Overall it is a good setting spray and it does work well there are just a few issues I have found. When you have the first burst of spray it does smell like hairspray which is abit overwhelming but that smell does go after a few minutes and it has a more perfume scent once settled. It does stay sticky for a few minutes but once dry there are no issues. You can feel it on your skin once applied but it isn't uncomfortable and after a while you barely notice it is on your face. Would definitely recommend this to my friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This setting spray is seriously hair spray for your face😝 It really does smell like hair spray so it feels wrong to spray your face with it. Very alcohol heavy. I would not want this in my eyes! Saying that, it does actually keep my make up in place all day (only tested a day, not wearing my makeup for 36 hours despite the claims). Don’t need to spray too much of the product for it to work. Feels like it leaves a bit of a film on the skin, but it doesn’t bother me too much, adds a nice glow to my dry skin. Not sure whether this has dried my skin out, but I’ll keep using it, so far, so good!

I have to admit, I was a bit sceptical as a lot of setting sprays that were useful in extending my makeup wear were sticky and uncomfortable. The fine mist on this packaging makes the application seamless and the product really does help my makeup stay on. I have quite an oily skin and by early lunchtime I can usually see the signs of makeup breaking down, especially in my t-zone, but this makes my makeup last all the way until when I get home, which is pretty impressive. My only issue is that I've used it for 2 weeks now and it seems like about 20-30% of the product has been used. Which seems a bit crazy, meaning you'd have to re-purchase quite often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I read the description of this setting spray I was really excited to try it but am sorry to say that I was really disappointed by this product. First of all I didn't realise it would be an aerosol spray (as when ordered there was no picture of the product). It looks like a mini can of hair spray and smells like it too. When applied it left my skin feeling tight and sticky (even though it states it is non sticky). Also any whispy bits of hair framing my face were left feeling hardened. I did see a bit more longevity to my days make up but not enough for me to use this product again. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used fixing sprays before and although they have been reasonably effective at retaining make up, the initial spray (using a pump system) has left my face feeling super wet and yucky.
L’Oréals infallible is dispensed like a mist so you get better, and more lightweight coverage.
The size of the can is nice and small so fits easily in your hand for application.
My make up stayed put all evening and felt natural.
I’ve given it 4 stars but this could possibly be a 5 star if I used in the summer months or on hot holidays when I think this product will be fantastic at setting my make up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have absolutely loved using this L'Oreal Paris Infallible 3-Second Setting Mist, I can honestly understand all the hype around this setting mist now.

This setting mist dries in just 3 seconds, and it locks make up in place for up to 36 hours, what I love about this setting mist is there is no transfer. I even tried the transfer test I tested my makeup with a cotton pad and there was no transfer, my makeup stayed in place.

It really does not leave any traces of marks behind.
For everything this setting mist does it's also super affordable, I truly have found the best setting mist.

I enjoy using the L’Oréal Infallible 3-Second setting mist. The mist spray is very fine and I found it easy to get an even coating all over the face. The product does not leave the face soaking wet as some pump sprays do, and the product didn’t run or cause drip lines. It helped my makeup to last a full day with minimal deterioration.

I wore this on 2 occasions, the first time with heavy full glam makeup and it worked amazingly! Lasted all night until the next morning. The next time I used it was with a more softer makeup look with only some colour corrector and bronzer and it felt a little hairspray-ish. Will definitely continue to purchase for nights out though

You say this is a non-sticky product that does not transfer. Well I will agree that it does not transfer and there is an extremely long ware time, but the product is very sticky. It is exactly like hairspray. When you spray it on it cakes up on your hair like old hairspray used to with extreme hold and then when you try to get that out you get what you see in the picture. I even get that gunk on my face. When I touch my face I feel pieces of the spray coming off my face. Not to mention the smell. It even smells like hairspray. This is the worst product on the market. L’Oréal do better.

I’ve been using the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Setting Spray Mist for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become a staple in my makeup routine. It does an excellent job of locking in my makeup throughout the day, keeping my foundation, blush, and eyeshadow in place without smudging or fading. Even after a long day, my makeup looks freshly applied, which is really impressive for a drugstore product.

The mist itself is lightweight and dries quickly without leaving a sticky or heavy feeling on my skin. I also appreciate that it’s suitable for all skin types, as I have combination skin, and it keeps my T-zone shine-free without drying out the rest of my face.

One minor downside is the spray nozzle—sometimes it doesn’t distribute the mist as evenly as I would like, resulting in a few larger droplets. But overall, it’s easy to blend those out with a sponge or fingers. I’d recommend this setting spray for anyone looking for a long-lasting, affordable option to keep their makeup in place.

After a 3 second spray all over my face, my light and dewy makeup didn't transfer after a full 24 h. Despite this, the spray didn't make my look matte but slightly glossy/dewy as it looked before spraying. The mist could be a little gentler and a less chemical-smelling spray would be nice.

It sprays on nice and even and doesn't run down your face like others do. The mist is nice and cool, and the only thing I'm not crazy about, is the scent.
I love scented products normally, but can't quite figure this one out. I can't figure out what it's supposed to be? The product seems to perform as advertised, but the real test will be when and if it ever gets sunny and "hot" here. Waiting in anticipation for that day !
I would recommend the spray and look forward to continued use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sent this as a promotion. This is an odd concept as it felt like spraying your face with hairspray (smells like it too!!). Difficult to test how effective it is as my make up only tends to slide off my face when the weather starts getting warm, so I'll be be putting it through it's paces then. The mist is very fine and it settles quickly into the face, but the smell does remind me of Elnett hairspray, luckily this does fade after a short while. Look forward to seeing if it is effective during the summer months but for now I won't be adding into my make up routine.

This setting spray is an affordable alternative and does not leave skin feel sticky. It makes my makeup last 24 hours. My only negative is the smell is not fabulous however it is tolerable and I would still buy this product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure what to expect from a spray like this but was very pleasantly surprised. I put on my makeup as usual but did not apply powder, instead I sprayed the '3 second settin mist' on. Was a little put off at first as it smells a bit like hair spray but it soon disappears. It does what is says on the can and dries more or less instantly. My make up looked fresh and there it lasted all day, it really works in setting your make up and does not transfer to clothes etc. and because I didn't use powder I think it looked better. I just wish I had found this product years ago.

I love how you can feel the firmness!
I highly recommend this setting spray, my makeup didn’t budge all day.
For a drugstore setting spray it is definitely worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3 second setting mist is an absolutely makeup bag must have. It’s easy to over do based on how you see traditional sprays being used online, but moderation is the key to this product.
It’s not the finest spray either but not an uncomfortable drenching. I found it isn’t unscented or certainly not a scent that lingers.
In terms of performance, I’ve found it extends makeup lasting but my Mum with much oiler skin found this game changing and helped to keep her makeup on all day. Funnily enough the bottle grew legs and ended up living predominantly in her makeup bag!

This product is a must have. It takes a little to get used to, but it's insanely good. My make-up didn't budge after 8 hours, in the sun.

Some squirt out and leave residue Or white marks so I’ve been put off trying anymore. I got this to try for the Christmas period and so far impressed already after a few uses. I have combination skin so need one that will hydrate my cheeks but also helps control an oily t zone. It’s a fine mist which doesn’t soak your skin and it didn’t make my mascara smudge either. It’s long lasting and I even topped up during the day after blotting my t zone. Will continue to use this as very happy so far .

It’s such a good setting spray it makes my makeup stay on forever after I use it would definitely recommend!

After applying my makeup as usual, I sprayed this all over my face and let it set for a few seconds. I noticed that my makeup barely moved all day, which surprised me, considering I was battling the elements! The fragrance is nice and clean, too, which is quite nice. This is definitely something I am going to keep using, especially on those days when I want my makeup to look flawless. And the good thing is you don't need to use too much of it either so it should last for quite a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t wear a lot of make up but thought I would try it for my eyebrows which I have to pencil in. Normally my eyebrows gradually disappear and need to be redone by early afternoon. I’m pleased to say it works very well. It reminds me of my Mum’s hairspray with a similar effect and smell. My lipstick also lasted a few hours longer and did not transfer to my Partner, which greatly pleased him. So yes a success. It’s a bit expensive but if I can double the life of my eyebrow pencil I will break even without the hassle of reapplying eyebrow pencil during the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this to try, does have a very strong spray like hair spray when 1st spray but does evaporate quite quickly, it dries quickly too unlike some other setting sprays, did leave my skin feeling dry and tight but my make up didn’t budge all night only had to reapply lipstick and gloss which I would anyway. Will put it to the test when the warmer weather comes and will prob appreciate the cool sensation even more. After taking make up off skin did feel drier and still a bit tight but I used facial oil before bed to rehydrate it was good to go the next morning

It is an aerosol rather than a pump dispenser, and looks very much like a travel sized hairspray. When sprayed onto the face, it dries instantly, which is always a bonus when I am rushing. It's invisible on the skin and feels weightless. L'Oreal claims that it will last up to 36 hours, but as I never leave makeup on for so long, I cannot comment. However, after 10-12 hours of wear, my makeup stayed put and appeared as fresh as when it was first applied.
