I started as a level 8-9 blonde and now am a 5-6 brunette. My hair is very very dark compared to where it started. The mystery developer (why does Loreal not put the volume or % developer on the box???) gave me hot roots. How To Use
- Add the colouring cream to the developer and shake well to mix.
- Apply the mix to your hair, starting from the roots then throughout the lengths and ends. Leave in hair for 30 mins.
- Rinse your hair until the water runs clear. Use the Gentle pH Purple Shampoo to remove any excess residue.
- Apply a small amount of the Anti-Brass Purple Mask. Leave in for 3 mins then rinse your hair. Use the mask once a week until your next colour for a lasting anti-brass result (*if the 60ml conditioner is applied after 2 and 4 weeks).

I had bleach blonde hair and I was expecting the same results as what is on the box and I'm left with dark brown hair after using this. I am FURIOUS!!! Now to get it lighter, I not only have to spend hundreds of dollars, my hair will now be damaged again having to go through another lightening process.
