Elvive Growth Booster Anti-Fall Shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using three products in this Loreal Elvive Fiber Booster (shampoo, conditioner and the serum) for 6 weeks and I can say it made a difference in how my hair looks.
First of all shampoo leaves my scalp squeaky clean and hair smells amazing after using it. I have quite oily scalp and normally I wash my hair every other day. But this shampoo keeps it clean for 3 days easily.
Hair looks shiny, healthy and becomes more manageable. I also noticed less shedding (during winter time I always loose lots of hair). But I think I should thank serum from this line.
Would highly recommend all three products and I will definitely repurchase them for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy to have tried this shampoo as I’m loving it! Easy to use, it lathers really nicely and left my hair feeling exceptionally soft after rinsing! That was the first thing I noted was that softness and smoothness after rinsing.
Has a light and refreshing scent to it, nothing too strong or overpowering. Pleased that this shampoo is sulphate free too. Left my hair feeling very clean.
I haven’t yet seen a very noticeable change in hair fall reduction or hair growth, but I’ll keep using this until it’s empty and buy another to keep trying it as I love the way it makes my hair feel.
This is one shampoo I’d definitely repurchase!

Overall this is a nice shampoo with a soft, natural scent. It leaves my hair feeling clean and works as a shampoo but I have not noticed much difference in my hair growth. I think I have had less hair fall after using this shampoo for this time.

I don’t think this shampoo worked exceptionally better than many other shampoos that I have used so would recommended as an adequate shampoo but I don’t think I have experienced the growth booster benefits as advertised. It may be better suited to other hair types.

However, I found it to be quite drying which left my curly hair frizzier than normal with other products, and my flaky scalp a bit more obvious. I didn’t notice much difference in the amount of hair falling out when washing and brushing my hair to justify continuing to use the whole system. I still had quite a few strands fall out while conditioning and brushing (which is normal for me and I didn’t expect this product range to fix this entirely). While it smelled great and made my hair feel soft and clean, it wasn’t quite right for me.

The product has a fresh citrus scent and only a small amount is required to produce a rich lather.
From first use, my hair was more manageable, and when used with the L’Oréal Paris Elvive Growth Booster Anti-Fall Conditioner and the L’Oréal Paris Elvive Growth Booster Anti-Fall Scalp Serum, was noticeably thicker.
About three weeks into the trial, I did start to notice less hair breakage also.
I would definitely recommend all three products in the range to friends and family, particularly those with fine limp hair such as mine.

I don’t believe over the past 6 weeks I have noticed any drastic change in my hair quality but I also don’t have crazy thin hair, if I maybe continued to use it for another 6 weeks I may have noticed more changes to my hair and the fullness of it. I did however like the consistency of the product and the way it left my hair feeling. The small compact container was also extremely handy especially when travelling.

Overall it is a lovely product but not something that I would continually choose to use over my normal
Shampoo and conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing shampoo that came in a good travel size and convenient to use and differentiate with the rest of the range. I was gifted the set to trial and noticed the scent was very nice and light; and a pump was enough to massage into my scalp and the shampoo cleaned effectively without damaging my hair, and i noticed less hair coming off over the last 8 weeks when i've been using this range. My hair was left feeling very clean and healthy and overtime, i noticed i had less hair fallout and it was noticeable. I also noticed better hair growth and small hairs forming, and my scalp is much more healthier. Definitely will buy again.

The fragrance is lovely, fresh and clean without being too strong, which makes the wash feel like a mini self-care moment. It lathers well and leaves my scalp feeling refreshed, but not dry or tight.

I can’t comment yet on the long-term growth benefits, but it feels gentle and nourishing, which is a good sign. The only thing that threw me off was the packaging, it’s quite basic, and the label didn't come in English, so I had to look up how to use it properly.

I am very grateful that I got to trial this however the instructions and all of the packaging was written in French. Lucky I speak conversational French and configure out which of the products were shampoo which was and which was conditioner. I found my hair to be smoother and it fell out less. After washing. This shampoo has a citrus smell and is lightweight in my hair. I will be sad when the tube runs out. I use the shampoo in conjunction with the conditioner and fibre booster hair mask again. I’m unsure if the last product was actually a hair mask because my French is only conversational.

I have noticed more baby hairs along my hair line and my hair feels thicker, and I’ve noticed less hair fall on my brush.

I have been using it about once or twice a week, it foams up really well and leaves my hair feeling clean without feeling stripped, a small amount feels like plenty, the bottle will last decent amount of time even with regular use.

As someone who has been experiencing hair fall for a while now I was eager to try this out. The shampoo has a nice scent and lathers really nicely. It leaves my hair feeling clean and light and smelling great. It's not the most hydrating shampoo but I think it does a good job of cleaning the hair without stripping it dry. With continued use I have found that there has been less hair fall but I wouldn't say that my hair has looked thicker or fuller because of it.

I used it with the conditioner and hair growth serum and honestly this was the only part of the system I liked. At first I thought that 1.8% Aminexil seemed low but it really made a difference on my thin hairs. After some 4 weeks of using the entire range, I could notice baby hairs growing at the front where it was sparse before. I let the shampoo sit for 5 mins to give the active ingredients time to work. Hair fall in the shower drastically reduced, and I no longer see hair all over the floor or stuck to my clothes. Bonus points for the small packaging, I easily carried it around with me while travelling.

coloured bottle, this colour is hardly seen in the shampoo range so it would stand out
on the shelf.

A small amount of product was only required for a good lather to clean my hair
leaving it soft, shiny and there was no product residue.

There was no irritating to my skin or eyes.

After washing my hair felt soft, looked shiny, was easy to style, with added body and
had reduced flyaways.

I do believe this shampoo is a "Growth Booster.

The fragrance was pleasant with a refreshing scent.

I found that these products together made my hair feel fuller and more voluminous. Unfortunately I didn’t notice a significant difference in the amount of hair fall I experienced however that’s not normally a particular concern of mine so I didn’t mind. The scent of the shampoo is quite pleasant and I also liked the way it foamed up - not too much but enough to make it feel like it was really cleaning my hair. Overall I think if you’re after fuller feeling hair I’d give this a try!

I noticed a substantial change in my hair loss since I started using this shampoo and conditioner. The bottle is pretty stock standard, and although it looks small I found it lasted about four weeks which I was pretty happy about. The smell isn't my favourite truthfully so I did spray a little bit of hair perfume after my hair was dry, just to spruce it up a bit. But apart from the smell I was really happy! My hair has been shredding a lot less and I'm noticing a visable difference in the shower with how many strands I lose. I definitely recommend this product!

It has a lovely fragrance and left my hair feeling soft and easy to brush. I felt that a little went a long way. In terms of the effect on hair loss, I thought that I did see a reduction in the amount of hair that fell out when I brushed it or when I shampooed it. However, I would probably need a longer period of time than a few weeks to be sure. My 10 year old daughter tried it too and she loved the scent and how soft her hair felt. I have long medium-thick hair which I use heated tools for styling on the daily and my hair is weak and does fall a lot (all over the house!)
So trying out this Fibre Boosting Anti Fall shampoo has left good results. I like the sleek 200ml bottle and the scent is fresh and not too strong which is perfect. The shampoo comes with a sturdy flip lock lid (no leaks) and the consistency of the product itself is quite thick and clear and lightly scented, maybe passionfruit? The experience is a cross between a clarifying and volumising shampoo that does a good job of cleaning the hair in preparation for the conditioner.

I felt that over the last six weeks that I experienced less hair fall and it felt like my regrowth needed touching up quicker.

I usually do a double wash of my hair, but with this shampoo, I needed to do three shampoo rounds to have my hair feel clean.
