Unfortunately, after a few weeks, I had to stop using it due to increasing dryness and irritation. I didn’t notice any improvement in my hair—no new growth, no reduced fallout—even when paired with the matching shampoo and conditioner. While the formula might be better suited for those with oilier scalps, it didn’t work for me, and I saw no noticeable difference in texture, strength, or overall health of my hair.

I really love the scent of these products, they smell really lovely. I definitely noticed less fall whilst using these products, this is impressive because I am going through perimenopause so have been losing quite a lot of hair. They also made my hair feel really soft which is important to me. The only negative comment I have is that if you have a sensitive scalp like I sometimes do, then at times you may need to stop using this product as it can be irritating. All in all I really like these products by Loreal and will definitely be purchasing them again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The L'Oreal Elseve Fibre Booster Serum was a beneficial addition to the fibre booster range and to my hair care regime. It was an easy product to apply and instructions were easy to follow. I applied my treatment in the evenings when I had a bit more time to focus on getting the application in the right areas. I did this every evening on dry hair for a few weeks and used the provided application tip to deliver a 6ml dose throughout my hair which was parted in certain areas where I wanted to focus on my hair strength. Overall, I definitely think this product in combination with the shampoo and conditioner helped improve hair strength and lessened breakage.

The only downside is the packaging is in French so I didn't understand how to use this product. I used this with the shampoo and conditioner as part of the system. I found the treatment easy to use with the type of bottle. It had a pleasant smell also. I found that it didn't weigh my hair down and I didn't feel like it impacted my hair in anyway in terms of greasiness the next day. I think this is a great starter range for people who have these hair concerns before going to more expensive systems.

I love the idea of a scalp serum that helps reduce hair loss, as I seem to have a lot of hair but also loose a huge amount. Unfortunately, my hair seemed so much oilier than normal when I used this, even when I only put it on wet hair and blow dried afterwards. I couldn't continue using it because oily hair gives me huge social anxiety and I couldn't continue leaving the house feeling like people thought I didn't wash my hair properly. I hope that it works for others, but unfortunately those of us that get oily quickly I don't think this product will work for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I have been trialling the L’Oréal Paris Elvive Growth Booster Anti-Fall Serum, in conjunction with the shampoo and conditioner. The packaging for this product was really great, with the long tip being perfect to ensure the product is evenly dispersed throughout your hair. Having the markings on the side as well helped you ensure you were using the right amount of product. I do feel that this product didn’t agree with my hair type, as I did experience a bit of greasiness when using it with dry hair. I haven’t seen major improvements with hair growth, however I do feel these products need to be incorporated for a longer time to see the real benefits.

It’s hard to avoid getting it on your hair, and once you do, the texture is quite unpleasant. It leaves a sticky, stiff feeling, almost like you've sprayed a strong-hold hairspray and then tried to blow-dry it. The stickiness lingers during the drying process, making the whole experience less than comfortable.

While the concept is promising, the application and feel could use some improvement. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice much difference in hair fall either. For that reason, I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing it once I finish the bottle.

The design of the applicator bottle made it easy to apply to your scalp and minimise spillages. I was dubious at first, but it really doesn't leave any horrible feeling residue. I did prefer to use on wet hair but that's my preference. It has a pleasant scent - nothing overpowering.
I used it in conjunction with the Shampoo and Conditioner; however, I was not as impressed with these as I didn't like how my hair felt after washing and conditioning. I definitely noticed a reduction in hair loss but that was about it.

Will continue to use the Shampoo and Conditioner and along with the serum to see if anymore improvement happens. l did struggle with the writing on the bottles as they are in French so l needed to google the instructions to make sure l used the proper amount of each product.lt is an intensive treatment designed to help reduce hair loss and support stronger hair growth.lt is super light weight and no greasy on application of all 3 products. I applied it to my scalp after towel-drying my hair and it absorbed quickly without leaving any sticky or oily residue, which I was relieved about. The fragrance is light and calming, and it feels quite soothing when massaged into the scalp.

I’m currently trying to support hair growth and reduce breakage, so I’m hoping this serum helps with that over time. The serum is quite watery and was easy to apply with the bottle's long nozzle applicator. It has a light pleasant scent.
The only negative I have is that it left small patches of stiff hair (similar to hairspray on hair) even after blow drying. This could be because I have fine hair.
The products are quite economical and I am quite happy with the results so will continue using them. At this stage I have not noticed any more or thicker hair growth.

Upon looking into the ingredients, it contains Amenixil which anchors existing hair to roots and promotes new hair growth cycles. I feel that this is a great hair treatment as my hair feels Luscious with volume. I would highly recommend this.

I have tried every kind of hair serum, oil and growth shampoo etc and nothing has performed like this. Most serums and oils will make your hair oily within the first day which results in needing over over wash your hair which sadly also contributes to hair loss! I have been using the serum, along with the accompanying shampoo and conditioner series for just over a month. From the 2nd week of use there was noticeably less hair fallout when washing my hair.

Now, another few weeks on I have LOADS of new hairs growing, very noticeably around my hair line and my hair hasn't been oily along the way. I was skeptical but can't recommend this enough!

I have always have fine hair so I'm always on the lookout for any product that may assist in hair growth and health. I was very happy the BC choose me to trial L'Oreal's Booster. Additionally I'm now in peri menopause. I have experienced some hair thinning, but not too much. L'Oreal's Booster applicator worked well. I could section hair for application. It did have. Strong smell but not offensive. Unfortunately I didn't really notice a huge improving hair growth, but there was additional small baby hairs. Perhaps an extended trial will produce more over time. Looking forward to seeing how it continues.

I'm not typically a hair serum person, so I was excited to trial out the product. It was super easy to use as once I got into the habit of applying it daily. I feel like it made a difference in strengthething my hair/ or the root of the follicle as I certainly noticed a decrease in hair fall in my combs. As someone heading into perimenopause with changes occuring constantly due to that, not having to clean out the sink with hair is always appreciated! My husband even jumped on the bandwagon and enjoyed for his thinning hair too!

I do find that the serum leaves my hair sticky until it dries and then it looks like my hair has been gelled. The product is easish to use, the shampoo is fine but the serum I find is harder to use and always ends up dripping down my face when using the recommended amount. I found the scent to be a little too strong for my liking, however it distributes throughout the hair well without leaving hair oily/greasy or needing to increase number of washes per week. I am approx six months postpartum and have experienced significant hair loss this time around so was keen to try this to assist with new growth. I haven’t noticed a significance in growth as yet however will keep using and hopefully it helps in that regard. Would recommend based on the last few weeks use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying - in general I love this range and I love what it has done for my fine, straight, thinning hair. I feel that it has really volumised and thickened my hair, and I just love the results.
But - I found this product - the serum - very strongly fragranced, especially for something you leave in your hair overnight. I wasn’t even able to finish trialling the serum because my husband found the fragrance so strong and irritating.
I’ve experienced great results with the shampoo and conditioner, and expect adding this to the repertoire would have even improved them, but the fragrance was just too strong. So if you’re sensitive to scents, this might be a bit much.

It’s lightweight, doesn’t leave any greasy residue, and absorbs well into the scalp. I love that it doesn’t weigh my hair down or affect styling. The applicator makes it easy to target the roots, and the formula feels soothing and refreshing.

While it’s hard to measure exact hair growth, I do feel like it’s helped with overall scalp care and reducing hair fall.

If you’re trying this range, I’d recommend starting with the serum, it’s the standout product for me.

I don't like the fact it needs to be used almost daily because it will immediately make my hair look dirty/ oily when it is the next day after washing it. It has a smell like mens shampoo which is okay but not the best. I like how they have a bar on the side to measure how much of the product to use, it does make it super simple.
