Wake Up and Glow C'est Magic C'est Magic BB Cream - 03 Medium Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this bb cream and think it may be perfect if I had a shade lighter as it has the potential to leave an orange line around my face that is difficult to blend. However the feel and texture is the most lightweight I have ever felt, I was worried it would dry down and exaggerate dry patches as it is so watery but it didn’t. It is easy to apply with fingers and I was able to apply more on top of areas that needed a little bit more coverage with it blending easily and not becoming cakey. I can definitely see myself wearing it on relaxed, good-skin days! This is such a refreshing new product that actually works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the BB C'est Magic cream in shade 04 Medium. My skin tone is warm olive (Fitzpatrick IV) and tans easily in summer. I find most generic "medium" shades to be a bit too pink for my skin tone. This one was neutral enough to look natural. It's also not too highly pigmented so the colour blends in quite naturally with my own skin. The formula is lightweight so perfect for those with oilier skin types but those with dry skin (like me) will need a good dose of moisturiser first. Not particularly long lasting on a hot, humid day but it performed not too badly during an outdoor run in heat. All in all, I didn't love the fragrance but a decent BB cream with lightweight coverage and adapts to a broad spectrum of skin tones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a really nice light texture to it, very similar to the L’Oréal sunscreen (so it does add some moisturiser, but not as much as say Revitalift does). As a result it blends in very easily to the skin and gives a flawless finish, even by using your fingers. It left me with a really nice skin ‘blur’ finish, i.e. my skin with all it’s pigmentation etc, but softened. I also felt that the texture of my skin looked better & it had a nice healthy glow to it. I really like this product and it will certainly be one I immediately go to on a warm summers day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a sheer, natural coverage which also gives you a healthy glow, then this is the foundation for you. There is something magical about the way that the white pearlescent cream transforms on contact with my skin so that it blends perfectly into a colour that suits my skin tone. It's also not heavy or cakey at all, so those fine lines aren't magnified! I suppose the best thing about Loreal Magic BB is that it nourishes my skin at the same time with B5 + E, hydrates and protects against sun damage with SPF 11. All in all, a very magical treat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Cest Magic BB Cream 04 Medium every day for the past couple of weeks and have been pleasantly surprised with the results thus far. As someone that has always suffered from dark circles around my eyes, in addition to the cumulative effects of ageing, dehydration, and loss of sleep, I felt dubious that this product would actually work and even out imperfections but I can honestly say that it has noticeably reduced dryness and made my skin look fresh! The cream has a smooth texture, is fast-absorbing on the skin, hydrating, with a subtle scent, and shade 04 Medium is perfect fit for my tone. This cream is proving to be life saviour at making my skin look nourished and glowing and I will continue to use it and recommend it to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this BB cream to review, unfortunately the colour I received was Medium and I would have preferred fair/light. However the colour was only a little too dark on my winter skin and I think it will suit me when summer comes and I get a bit more tanned. The cream itself is lovely, very easy to blend into skin and a beautiful light coverage. It wore well over the day with no obvious drying or soaking into pores and fine lines. It hasn’t irritated my sensitive skin and I look forward to wearing it this summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a fan of really thick heavy makeup, so I was intrigued to see how this would turn out on my face. It's so easy to apply and you don't need much to give it generous coverage on your skin. What I really liked about it was how it brightened up my face making it look like I had foundation and concealer, but felt really light on my skin. I could touch my face later on and it didn't come out all over my fingers. I was super impressed with this as it also saves time when applying make up.

Have used BB creams in the past that are very patchy, however this applied very evenly and the shade matched well to my skin. Very light coverage, more adds a bit of colour than anything else, but definitely improves the texture of your skin as well! I've been using it for 'no make-up make-up' looks and it works very well. Lasts pretty much all day with very minimal fading. Nice dewy finish but doesn't make you look oily.
