Lumi Glotion, Shade 905

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the slightly deeper shade - I'm a light/medium in winter time, as I thought it would give me a bronzed, glowy complexion. The colour is beautiful and very compatible with warm olive skintones. The issue I had was that the colour/glow faded within seconds. I ended up adding more and more and started looking quite muddy. So, it's not a highlighter, but a very, very subtle glow lotion with a little bit of moisture in it. If that's what you're after, then this product is fine. It feels light on skin and is not heavily fragranced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This glotion is so lovely. It gives a natural subtle glow without any large glitter pieces. The shade i chose is perfect for my skin tone (medium tan- neutral) and what i like about this product is that i can use it whilst tanned but also it can be used like body make up, when im slightly paler it gives enough coverage to make me look healthy. I built this up for a night out all over my décolletage and everyone kept saying i was glowing, which i loved! Also i have to say, there is no scent to it , which is an added bonus!

It's got a super precise tip so it was really easy to control the amount of highlighter I needed. It gave my skin a really subtle glow and left my face looking sun kissed which I really liked. It's soaks into the skin well and has a lovely texture. It can also be applied with just your fingers or a make up sponge/brush. I love that it can used on bare skin or over make up as a highlighter, I'd highly recommend this for anyone looking for winter glow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glotion is a 3 in 1 product. It can be used alone, which gives a nice golden glow. However, for me, I prefer more coverage. So I've been using it under my foundation. That gives a perfect combination for me. But, I do like to emphasise my cheekbones, so I've neen using it as a highlighter too. So that makes this tube great for travel. 3 uses in one and cost effective too. It also gives moisture to my skin, which in effect makes it 4 products in one. The sheen is very natural and very healthy looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a creamy gel texture and smoothes onto the skin easily and evenly. Once it had dried down I felt it accentuated my skin texture and pores. I haven't used it over makeup and it might look smoother over skin that has been primed to minimise the look of pores and texture first.


The colour was just right for my medium to olive skin tone.

Mixing this with body lotion and smoothing over arms and legs gave a better result for me so I would use this sparingly on the body rather than on the face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lumi glotion is such a diverse product. I really enjoyed using this as a highlighter and also mixing in with my foundation. It applies really easily and blends well. A little goes a long way with this product. The shade 903 is perfect for my medium skin tone. The added ingredients of glycerine and Shea butter make this product even more amazing as it does not get cakey at all and leaves your skin looking and feeling moisturised. I can't wait to use this in the summer for that extra glow.

It can be used on it's own, as a highlighter, mixed with foundation or even your daily moisturizer (for a subtle all over glow). I even used it along with the medium glow shade to create a soft contoured look. It is super easy to blend and a little definitely goes a long way! It's formula is super light, non sticky and leaves skin feeling soft and hydrated. This would be a brilliant edition to any make up bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! this is a fabulous cream, it brightened my dreary pale winter skin brilliantly! I have used it under foundation and found it still gives a lovely warm glow to the skin. I have also used it over the top of my foundation to give a more dewy healthy colour and to highlight my cheek bones. It is also great used just under the brows to give a wide awake look. I am delighted with this product, I have gone from having a winters pallid pasty face to having a sunny healthy look!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Glotion and the subtle enhancing effect it has on my skin. Often I find highlighters to be a bit too much and my skin ends up looking glittery rather than glowing but this one is just the right balance of subtle but noticeable. I can use it just for everyday without foundation to give my skin a lift or on top of foundation for going out. I chose the medium shade for a bit of colour (I have white fair/medium skin) as well as highlighting and that has carried me well through the colder season and will work well in the summer months too I think to make the most of a tan. The texture is really light and silky, which is more of a concern now as I'm approaching my 40s as I have fine lines that thicker products settle into. It also doesn't dry my skin out or emphasise dryer patches, again a concern as my skin ages.

I think it's the misguided perception i have had in the past that it'd make me look extremely oily. This is not the case at all with this product. The texture is like a thin lotion...but it's easy to squeeze out just a right about. It gives a lovely translucent shimmer. Like that lit from within glow. Will definately keep on using.

I have pale skin and wanted the slightly lighter shade but this was the only one available and I am so glad I got it instead it has really made me look as though I have been out in the sun and look healthy and no orange at all!! In fact perfect colour for me and I had loads of compliments telling me I looked well. I used a small amount all over then added some to my cheeks as highlighter.

Perfect for those with medium/tan skin tones, it will work great for me in the summer with a tan. The Medium glow works well for me now. I wear this under cc cream and my skin looks gorgeous. It doesn't cling to dry patches nor emphasise them. Also it's very comparable to two high end products mixed together at a fraction of the price (CT and DE).

Firstly the size is good and reasonably generous which is a massive tick. I always try to suss out the actual contents of products in a tube etc from brands as I have found sometimes they are not always even nearly full however Loreal do not appear to short change there customer on product content this one appeared to be full which is a big thing for me as its about trust in a brand and value for money.
Anyway, there was no obvious scent, I used the product as a primer and it gave my skin a beautiful lasting glow. Colour match was perfect for me, It applied similar to a moisturiser was lightweight and its staying power through the day was very impressive . It didnt crease or feel cloggy on my skin. I would definately repurchase this as its a good quality base product that is value for money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend not to use a lot of makeup and are sometimes overwhelmed but the amount of products available but this lovely 'glotion' is a great natural enhancer and really does bring life to my skin! It advises that you can apply before or after make-up but I have used it almost like a 'freshen up' and have had some lovely comments about how 'bright and glowing' my complexion is. It absorbs really quickly without leaving my skin looking oily too!

It gives a dewy, natural glow. I think I will use this more in the Summer when I have more colour on my face as a light foundation. I have also mixed it with my foundation to give a subtle glow. The medium glow is a good colour and isn't too dark. Very little fragrance - not noticeable. All in all, I like it!

I’ve been using this for every day wear which just gives me a little glow but still shows off my natural features such as freckles! it’s also great under makeup for a more luminous look or can be used as a subtle highlight on top! the texture is great and I haven’t noticed any transfere. It’s also really good for money as I only use 3 tiny drops for my full face!

The colour was too yellow for my medium to olive skin tone. I think the gold undertone might work better with deeper skin tones with warm undertones.

If used on its own my skin looks bare (no make up at all) and with bronzer on top (looks lovely when first applied) but it doesn’t last, so skin looks bare again. May be good for summer, a bit of a glow but for everyday use it is no good for me. I like to have natural looking makeup which you can get from this but it just doesn’t last the day.

It is a beautiful light shimmer which isn’t glittery or over the top. I’ve tried it under foundation and it gives a lovely glow without making my pores look larger, it some ways it does reduce redness.
My foundation applied like normal over the top and didn’t go patchy.

I also love using this on my collarbones it is extremely versatile!

I feel it evens out my skin tone, I mix it with moisturiser if I want a bit less shine. Can be applied alone, under makeup or over makeup, very versatile product, i love the healthy looking glow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is easy to apply and feels good on my face but my facial skin is not good and I have to use a lot of concealer to hide blemishes. I think it is more suitable for a younger person or someone with good clear skin. I have considerable facial damage which is due to sunbathing when I was younger. I do like the product though and would love to be able to use it but my skin is too dry at the moment.

I use the lighter tone to cover all my face the use this darker one to contour. Will also use again sparingly on my decollate and on my arms when the summer comes. Will look good when I have more of a tan. It gives a lovely soft light from with in look without being to glittery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice subtle glow for the skin. It is very easy to apply, love that it is subtle so it does not look too fake when applied. The fragrance is pleasant, no nasty smells. Love the packaging, super easy to use. Only issue was I felt light tingling for a little bit after application, but no more reactions which is great. This colour is better for a bronze look for my skin, or perfect for glow for darker skin.
