Fantastic L’Oréal volume spray

This is my first time using a volume spray and I really like it. I am a long time user of dry shampoo as I sometimes have flat hair and need more volume and texture at my roots. I like the design of the nozzle and spray function. There isn’t a heavy residue with the product that is difficult to comb out which you can sometimes get with dry shampoo. So it is a simple spray, style and you’re good to go. I’m happy with the product and would consider purchasing again even over my trusted dry shampoos. My husband even used it a couple times for his hair styling and said it gives your hair a natural easy style with a little extra volume.

Not for thick heavy hair

Overall I was a bit dissapointed with this product.i was excited to try because I’m always looking for products that can add volume and lift but unfortunately it didn’t work well for my hair type. I have very thick, heavy hair and instead of giving me more volume, I found that it made my hair feel even heavier. I used it a few times hoping I’d get a better result with a different amount or application method, but each time my hair felt weighed down rather than lifted. It also didn’t give me the root boost or fuller look I was expecting. I think this product might work better for someone with finer hair but for my thick, heavy hair it just want the right fit.

But, if you’re after more information about what it is and why you need it in your life, then keep reading! This is for babes with flat hair that need a lift in a flash! This uses collagen peptides to help increase the root lift, creating more body and volume, and a slightly grippy feeling. This is also meant to help keep your hair fresher and cleaner without any residue, kind of like dry shampoo, but without the white cast that we can get from some dry shampoos. This has a fruity fresh scent, and I love how it makes my hair look!

Smells great, but didn’t work wel for me

I have a lot of trouble with my hair falling flat after a few hours of use no matter what products I use and sadly it’s the same for this one. It gives my hair great texture for a couple of hours before it falls flat again even when I tease it. The plus side is that it had a pretty nice scent to it though and my hair felt nice with it in, not dense and icky, I didn’t feel like I had to have an immediate shower once I got home sort of thing. I tried it with fresh washed hair, and also hair a few days post wash and the result was the same really. Not for me but then gave it to my SIL who said it’s working great for her!

Definitely adds volume

My hair is very thin & no bounce. I used this in between hair wash (day3) to see full effect. It was easy to spray and has a very nice yet subtle smell. Not overpowering like other dry shampoos. Sprayed at my roots and massaged as directed as well as flipping head over & sprayed. It definitely added oomph and lifted my roots. My hair got white a bit of volume. The spray doesn’t leave the hair feeling tacky and didn’t leave any white residue. No itchy scalp too. All in all a great product. Taking a star off as the back of my head still showed a little oiliness. Maybe not go 3 days before using would have been better.

Good bye dry shampoo

I was expecting this to be the same as dry shampoo but I happily binned my dry shampoo and replaced it with this. This smells divine and is not at all overwhelming. The spray itself goes on and does not make my hair feel greasy or heavy. Ive been using it as a refresh on my hair wash days and even when tying my hair into a ponytail it keeps the volume and I dont feel like my hair is dirty. It washes out without leaving any build up and doesnt make my hair feel dry. Would definitely recommend this as a replacement for dry shampoo for anyone looking for a product to add life back into hair thats feeling flat.

Bottle of greatness

First of all the smell is amazing, it is like you freshly washed your hair which is a plus because most sprays have a headache inducing smell but this is very pleasant and everytime you move your hair, the smell wafts through to you and everyone close to you. The volume spray even acted like a setting spray on my hair where by it made my hair stay voluminous throughout the whole day. I was also able to put it in a pony tail which made it look very full and thick. There was no oil or texture once it hit the hair, it just felt like a cleanse spray but also at the same time, making the hair feel big and thick.

Collagen Lifter Volume Spray

Wow, I didnt have high expectations for this, as I have not found anything that has worked without leaving my hair greasy or a mess. It instantly lifted my hair with a few sprays and rubbed in, I was extremely happy. The smell is incredible with Pear, Citrus and Rose scents and lasts all day. I even had someone ask me what was i wearing, they thought it was a body spray or perfume. My hair felt fresh and alive again, it is great to use between washes for that added lift and fresh feeling. It isn't like anything I have used before. It didnt leave my hair with any residue or white spectacles, it just fwl light and refreshed. I would purchase this again in a heart beat. Thanks L'Oréal.
