Elvive Collagen Lifter Fibre Thickening Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The conditioner was very easy to use and I loved that it only needs one minute to work. After applying it I massaged it in and my hair instantly felt softer and easier to detangle. It rinsed out quickly and left my hair feeling light and clean.
After drying, my hair felt smooth, hydrated and soft. I also noticed that my hair dried faster than usual when I used the shampoo and conditioner together, which was a nice surprise. My hair looked healthy, had less frizz and felt really comfortable to wear. I didn’t see a huge difference in volume compared to other products I’ve used before, even ones that were not made for volume.
Overall, it works really well for hydration, softness and easy detangling while keeping the hair light.

It felt very gummy and elasticated which then meant it was hard to massage into the hair. It felt like it just stayed on top of it. And despite really rinsing it out well, it left hair feeling like the product was still on it after my shower. I couldn't use it without blowdrying my hair like I can with other conditioners. It left my hair looking flat and sticky looking. But it was fine once I blowdried it and used the spray. I don't think I would buy the conditioner.

It is SO thick which I LOVE. It’s easy to apply and spread out over my long hair, but also easy to rinse off too. I was a bit disappointed when brushing my hair afterwards as it wasn’t as good as my normal conditioner for detangling but it was ok. It more than made up for this though as it honestly has changed the way my hair looks and feels - it doesn’t feel like my hair anymore, it feels so thick! I don’t know how it works, but it works! Please do try it if you’re thinking about it, I’m sure you’ll be as surprised as me. I will definitely be using this from now on.

The lovely smooth soft cream flows from your fingers, gently into your scalp. You can feel it instantly nourishing your hair, making it feel smooth even when wet.
A nice thing about this conditioner is that you only need to keep it on your hair for 1 minute, so you are not stood waiting for it to achieve the effect.
It has definitely made a great difference to the volume and fullness of my hair, leaving it smooth and silky.

The only thing for me is that it doesn’t detangle my hair as easily as some other conditioners I’ve used. My hair still needs a bit more time with the brush afterwards. To my surprise my hair turned out neither flat or dull. My hair felt soft but not unmanageably so and there was some bounce to it. As the conditioner fragrance is complimentary to the shampoo I will use it on some occasions where I feel my hair needs some extra boost. I have been pleasantly surprised at the result so far. My opinion toward conditioner has been improved by this product.

It is smells beautifully, the fragrance lingers around for hours. Hair is super soft after every application, can notice it reduced dryness and frizziness, and the most important thing, it won’t weighing my hair down, it does not become flat at all. Of course best results can be achieved by using together with the whole range shampoo +spray. Definitely gonna buy when it’s gonna be available.

I used the shampoo on my wet hair ends and left it on for one minute before rinsing it out. This conditioner was much thicker and creamier than any other that I have used before. It nourished the ends of my hair but at the same time gave the ends of my hair a much needed lift and volume. The conditioner smells amazing as well and I will be buying the full size conditioner from this range.

The conditioner is creamy texture with a slight shine with thickening fibres to create hair fibre body. the overall smell is great and will be using again. it definitely add more volume to your roots which is amazing.

I still really enjoyed using the conditioner and this may just be because my hair is very flat thay I didn’t see the same results.My hair doesnt ever really seem to hold volume and although it didn’t last the full 72 hours for me it definitely lasted 2 days. The spray was my favourite part and smelt amazing too!! You could instantly see a lift when you sprayed it.

It is a nice smelling conditioner that adds a good amount of hydration to my hair.
Unfortunately, I found the shampoo far too drying for my already dry hair and so this conditioner could not put back the amount of moisture and hydration I needed.
That said for someone who does not have dry hair the volume this range delivers makes it a fantastic choice.

The line has a good smell, the consistency of the conditioner is quite thick, so I haven’t used a big amount but after the wash the hair does look with a healthy appearance, however the day after the effect is gone, and it makes the hair looks heavy (at least mine). Also after use it for 3 times I have noticed that this line gave me dandruff, which I didn’t have before. So I have decided not to keep using it.

My hair just doesn’t seem to tolerate conditioner well at all and I feel my hair is greasy at the root within 24 hours. This conditioner wasn’t any different. Whereas usually conditioners have a light texture, this one felt kind of thicker, and as you apply it, you can feel the conditioner building up thickness on your hair if that makes sense (in a positive way).

It definitely feels different the first time you apply it, but then you get used to it and actually, you can see the results once you finish washing your hair and you dry it. It does make your hair feel more voluminous and overall it makes the impression that you have more hair or more volume, which is exactly what I was looking for in this product.

The texture makes the conditioner stick to the hair and makes it easy to apply, also I was worried because of it it’d be a bit of a pain to wash off however that is not the case; I have actually found it to be easier to wash off than my usual conditioner! I was hopeful that it will somehow detangle my hair a bit but my hair were felt like knotted and hard to manage. A lot goes a long way and i would use less of this per wash than a typical conditioner. I did find that the conditioner was a bit heavy for my hair and my hair became greasier quicker than normal. But I do think my hair also did have more body so I will just use less of this product at once than a more typical conditioner texture.
