Smoothing without weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long hair that needs a lot of extra care on the ends, which can look a bit unhealthy between trims, so I was keen to try this leave-in serum to help create a smoother appearance and hopefully help to repair some damage at the same time. My hair can look a little flat at times so I was pleased with how lightweight this serum is, it made my hair look lovely and smooth but didn't weigh it down. I haven't been using it long enough yet to say whether it's repaired any damage but my hair looks shiny and smoother so I'm very happy with it. It has a light, pleasant scent, sweet with a slightly spicy note that lasted throughout the day.

Amazing affordable results

products work differently on different people, but for me the results were brilliant. For context, I have fine hair but lots of it with really bleached level 10 highlights and I originally used K18 on it (which is The Gold Standard imo) and I now use this range as an affordable option to maintain the good work K18 did. As my hair is very greasy I have to wash it every couple of days and it really needs blow drying and heat tools on it, so it really gets a lot of hammering. I particularly like the pre shampoo stuff and leave it in for hours or overnight, and it leaves my hair looking shiny and healthy and it feels strong and bouncy. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So impressed. Just tried L'Oréal Bond Repair (Leave-In-Serum). After washing my hair I used L'Oréal Bond Repair Conditioner, dried my hair as normal then remembered that I hadn't tested the L'Oréal Bond Repair Leave-In-Serum. Anyway after reading the instructions again I applied 2 drops to my palm then applied to my hair. My hair felt greasy but after my hair absorbed the serum I now have very soft and very shiny hair. Very handy and easy to use applicator and the product will last for quite a while.
Leaves my hair with a very pleasant fragrance. Clean and shiny. And the bonus is that they are both for all types of damaged hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, this serum isn't like other serums. It doesn't leave your hair lank or too oily. Secondly , it smells nice, it doesn't take a lot and spreads easily through your hair. Thirdly, the beauty of this serum, is that it can be used not just on damp hair but also on dry. I actually use it, as the final application when I've pre-treated , washed and conditioned my naturally dry, frizzy hair with the rest of this superb range. But the following morning I use it on my hair lengths once again before styling. It has the desired effect. If you have naturally dry, wavy and frizzy hair like mine, look no further. While I understood the application instructions I found it difficult to know if I was applying the product throughout my whole hair efficiently. I guess I'm used to the shampoo foam! It felt great to take more time with my hair care and self care routines though.
Used as a whole product line I have noticed a difference in my hair. Being a new Mum it's put up most of the day and I was finding the ends went dry and frizzy where my last colour was growing out. Since using this product I have notice my ends are smoother, and less tangled. My whole hair has a better shine and brushes easier. Even my partner noticed that it was smelling great and feeling nicer!

Great Affordable Bond Repair Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I only received this yesterday I have only been able to try once but I’m really impressed with this new Bond Repair Serum. It is the fourth step in L’Oréal’s new range and all the other three products (Pre Shampoo, Shampoo and Conditioner) are excellent. It has left my fine, ageing hair feeling soft and smooth without feeling heavy or greasy. I have just tried a tiny amount on my dry hair after getting too close when opening my steam oven! It is good in an emergency to tame a few flyaway hairs but it felt a bit heavy- definitely better used on wet/damp hair.
Yes I would definitely recommend this range - it’s far more affordable than other makes like Olaplex.

Easy to use

This product has really helped to revive my damaged hair. After using for a few weeks my hair already feels stronger, smoother and a lot healthier. It's much more manageable and there is less hair on my hairbrush now. My hair is very long, goes all the way to my bottom. When I brushed it before, it felt like I was stretching my hair and it would sometimes snap. This product has really helped to stop all of that and make my hair feel a lot stronger. When I use all of the Elvive Bond Repair products together it feels like I've just come from a salon. I feel pampered and rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend using it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this leave in serum is that you can use it on dry hair. This means that you can apply it to your hair even between washes to keep your hair looking in tip-top condition. It also really helps when you don't have time to use a conditioner in the shower. You can just apply to wet hair and it does the job! I have extremely straight hair and the ends can look like the bristles on a brush! Applying this to the ends of my hair helps to smooth out any split ends and to make the ends of the hair look less coconut-husk like and gives the hair that 'touchability' factor. Really nice for a high shine.

Brilliant to say the least!

I have tried a number of Hair Serums/Oils over the years and I’ve always ended up with super oily hair (even in the lengths!) and had given up on my hunt.
I am absolutely stoked to report that this Serum is not your typical oily Hair Serum, it leaves the lengths super soft and looking silky.
It’s so good I don’t even necessarily have to wash it off my hands haha
A little goes a long way too so it’s going to last a long time I imagine.
Thank you so so much for allowing me to trial this set, it has been a fantastic help for my hair & I’m really looking forward to seeing the results of regular use.

Bye Bye winter Damage a serum that really works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this in collaboration with the pre shampoo treatment and shampoo & conditioner to get the very best result. It had a really interesting texture. It's alot thicker than some other serums I have used. It didn't feel sticky or leave my hair looking or feeling greasy and I would confidently use it on both damp and dry hair. Only a small amount was needed and it left my hair feeling very soft manageable, with a nice shine and smelling amazing. it really is the finishing touch on the road to repairing my winter damaged hair and I am excited to see how my hair looks after regular consistent use.

TLC for your hair

I’ve been using the Bond Repair conditioner for around 3 weeks and I can honestly say I’ve never used a better conditioner. I’ve only been using the leave-in serum for around 1 week but, again it’s a fab product. I have long, fine hair which is prone to having split-ends but since I’ve been using the Bond Repair products, the texture of my hair has improved greatly. It feels strong, the ends are smooth and generally it looks really healthy. Not the cheapest of products but a little goes a long way and, compared with “salon” products that do the same thing, actually very affordable. Would def recommend if your hair requires some extra help or TLC.

Professional salon feel!

I love this serum - it gives you the feeling of just having been to a professional salon! It has a nice yet subtle fragrance and made my hair really glossy, with more volume and bounce. I only had to a small amount to cover the lengths. I found it was great to use to smooth down frizzy bits and fly-aways when I put my hair up. In conjunction with the bond repair shampoo and conditioner, this serum improved the appearance and healthiness of my hair, enhancing the natural waves and making it look like it had been professionally styled. Definitely would recommend this product.

This Bond Repair haircare range is beautiful. This serum I used along with the rest of the Bond Repair collection. I particularly like the lid pump can be locked! So if it move’s accidentally, it won’t pump serum out. The serum smells delightful and citrus scented. I apply this when hair is dry or wet before blowdrying. It deals in shine beautifully. I highly recommend this.my hair looks glossy and stronger. Less breakage once I brush my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a big fan of the bond repair conditioner and shampoo I was interested to see how this would work for my hair. The results were incredible, far surpassed my expectations. My hair is frizzy, wooly and generally difficult to tame.
Using just 2 pumps I spread evenly through my hair. It smells amazing, lovely clean and fresh.
Once dried you could instantly see and feel the difference. Hair felt stronger, less frizzy and lovely and smooth. Almost like it had a smoothing treatment from the salon.
I can’t recommend this product enough.

I used two small drops as directed, but with my hair being very long I did need to use a few extra drops. The serum soaked in quickly, my hair definitely in need of repair. There was no greasy or oily sensation afterwards, and my hair did feel sleeker and tangled much less as a result. There was a noticeable improvement in my hair's quality in the following days after the full treatment: less flyaway, no new split ends, and even a slight shade lighter than before. I felt like a millionaire after using these products, pampered as though with a full salon treatment.

Actually Works!!

After using the conditioner, I finished the routine with the leave in serum. I opted to put the serum into towel dried hair and combed it through. The mixture was not too oily and not too runny which was nice. After applying it to my hair, my hands weren’t left feeling greasy and it left my hair smelling divine! After allowing my hair to dry naturally rather than use a hairdryer, there was a noticeable reduction in frizz. Have used this range for 2 weeks now and I have minimal frizz and can finally appreciate my natural waves. Would highly recommend this product!

Once finished the first 3 steps I towel dried my hair and applied the serum. As my hair dried I could smell the product. Unlike the past 3 products in this routine...it had a very nice sweet smell to finish off. My hair felt really silky soft and shiny once dried. And I couldn't stop smelling my hair. I really like the serum. I'm not sure if it a combination of all the products to get the end result but once the serum finished the routine I was happy with my hair. I feel that it is generally smoother, healthier and cleaner. Great job L'Oréal.

Good non sticky serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have used a leave in serum and I found this was great to use on its own as well as the other products from this line.
Easier to apply and distribute on wet hair, after drying it left my hair feeling so smooth and soft especially after using the other products on this line which left my hair feeling a lot stiffer than usual.
When used on dry hair I personally noticed less impact in softness. Not sure if my hair is shinier but I have seen less hair breakage from brushing my hair from using the products from this line.

I used it as part of the set so can only review as the full package but it’s incredible. You only need two pumps so the bottle will last ages, it smells lovely and doesn’t weigh your hair down or make it greasy. I liked that my frizzy, colour damaged hair looked salon styled and it tamed the frizz. I felt really good using this range, my hair looked silky and the added bonus is it strengthens your hair and makes it less likely to damage in future

A game changer

The L’Oréal Paris Elvive Bond Repair Leave-In Serum felt like a revelation.
From the first use I saw a change. Maybe it’s due to the combination of all 4 items, but I feel this product alone makes a difference. My hair feels so much softer and looks healthier and shinier. I used to have knots form very quickly before, but not anymore. The product is easy to use, has a light texture (so absorbs well without giving an oily hair look) and I quite enjoy the smell.
A real game changer that will stay part of my hair routine.

Light, non-sticky serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elvive Bond Repair is a very light serum designed to make hair stronger, shinier and easier to manage. I was dubious when I first tried the product, as I usually find that serums are sticky and make my long hair appear greasy and lank. My first impression was that this serum felt smooth and non-sticky, so I went ahead and applied two drops to wet hair as instructed. It felt very light on my hair, definitely not sticky. Once dry, my hair felt easier to manage and looked very shiny. I don't know if it has become any stronger, but I suppose I won't be able to tell until I have used the serum several times. As I have long hair, I feel that two drops is not quite enough, so I will try more next time. The initial cost is quite expensive, but there is 150ml in the bottle so should last for ages.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bleached, lightened and dyed my hair a bit too much this year and it’s looking a bit dry and straw like. I am using the Bond Repair conditioner and serum to see if I can improve the appearance of it. I think bond repair is possible to the surface of the hair but this takes a longer period of time than I’ve had to try it. So far, it smells nice and doesn’t leave unwanted residue so it’s a win. Time will tell if it actually strengthens my hair or improves the appearance of the hair surface.

Good final step of hair care routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who doesn’t love a leave in product? This was good but it’s very thick and I think I used too much as my hair looked a bit lank when it had dried. I used it as the final step of the whole Bond Repair range and my hair really does feel a lot stronger and softer than it did before using it. I was disappointed that it doesn’t smell the same as the other products - they have a really nice scent but this was quite unpleasant. I’ll continue to use it and experiment with using less of it in future.

Incredible product

I love this product. I haven't used a leave in serum before as I didn't think it would help much but this has definitely changed my mind. Since using this product my hair is no where near as knotty as it used to be and is much softer and less damaged. It also stays softer and less knotty for much longer. Its great that you can use it on wet and dry hair and I have used it both after a shower and just when I wanted to have a quick refresh! I really like this product and definitely recommend.

I got this to help with my post chemo hair. I always had lovely, tight curly hair until I had Cancer. Where my hair fell out all together,underneath at the back, it grew back black and curly but where it had thinned, it grew back grey and frizzy. I have tried every thing, so thought I would try this. I put it through my damp hair and left it to dry naturally. I am so pleased my hair is smooth and shiny. Definitely on my hair care product list from.now on. I just love L'Oréal products. ❤️

I'm trying to lengthen the time between haircuts, so am hoping this will keep my hair looking good despite being in need of a trim! It is a lightweight serum, doesn't feel sticky or greasy after use, which is fantastic. Also has left my hair looking very shiny. I'm not sure what effect it will have on my spilt ends but my hair does look good after each use.

It delivers a far superior smoother and glossier result than other high end branded products claiming to perform a similar function. My hair is shoulder length, not coloured nor permed but it's quite dry/brittle and simply doesn't lie smooth/flat. This has definately made a noticeable difference for me. Will definately keep on using. A little goes a long way.

THE BEST, EVER!

I didn't have high hopes for the product, honestly. I usually use hair products suggested by my hairstylist - I've even dished out the moolah for k18, which I thought was O.K.
However, this product exceeded my expectations substantially.
This was my favourite product in the range by far. Although it leaves a weird texture on your hair initially, this goes away and reveals silky soft, smoothed and frizz-free hair. I also found it helps to hold in styling! I'd recommend using it of a night-time so you can avoid that initial weird tackiness it has at first.
Using this product along with the range made my hair significantly less frizzy (I'm usually looking like Hagrid from Harry Potter, to give you a visual) and made my curls look beautiful. I would highly recommend this range to anyone with damaged hair looking to repair it.

Smooth and soft hair

Nice Hair Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product, bond repair leave in serum in conjuction with the the rescue pre shampoo, shampoo andconditioner of the same range. The serum is not sticky and I have used my normal mousse on top of this although not sure if I should have. I have used these products together for over a week and waited to submit my review so I can monitor changes in my hair. My hair is softer, easier to style and looks good. Given this I feel it must be working!

Conditioning serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used 2 drops as suggested on my wet hair before styling. Once dry my hair felt soft and looked healthy and shiny. As my hair is fairly thick and wavy it didn’t give me enough hold for my style but used as a refresh to dry hair it was great. It smoothed any wayward hairs and added shine. And my healthy looked fresh and healthy. If used on finer hair it would good as a styling agent too but for me better on dry hair to keep style going! Good result though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a lovely finish this gives! I have the full set of these products and this one is the 'icing on the cake' so to speak. I actually applied it firstly to dry hair and it gave an instant lovely shine and delicate fresh scent. I then tried it on damp hair before drying and the results were the same. It feels good to have a finishing product that doesn't leave a sticky residue and just boosts your shine; all the time knowing it is good for your hair

Weightless serum - no oily residue

Great easy to use pump bottle makes it super quick and convenient to get the right amount of product. Even with very long hair I feel that two pumps gives me the perfect amount. This product would last quite a while. I found it easily to apply and after application did not feel any extra weight on my hair, there was no oily residue left and my hair still felt very clean. This serum has left my hair softer and smoother, feeling and looking healthier with less frizz. The scent that lingers from this product does smell fresh and clean, to me a bit floral/fruity similar to the other products in the range's scents but it was stronger than anticipated in my hair when I was going to sleep which was in my opinion the only negative because it is quite a synthetic scent. However, I feel that the benefits and results of the product outweigh this.

Pleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am generally not a fan of serum as I have very fine hair and lots of it, which can make my hair prone to looking and feeling greasy with serums. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this. It smells nice, you only need 2 drops and it left my hair feeling lovely and soft and not sticky or greasy which is what usually happens. My hair did feel a little lank though. Time will tell if it makes a real difference but so far pleasantly surprised.

Awful serum

I have blonde highlights and usually use argan oil on my hair to make it feel soft and smooth but decided to buy this product due to it being on sale, it does not moisturise at all it makes hair feel dry and frizzy. It leaves a sticky and crispy residue where I’m constantly brushing my hair after use to get it back to normal. The product has a very chemically smell which my partner and others actually commented on. Very disappointing product.

Good sized bottle that will last for ages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used 3 drops of this on my hair as it's quite long and it coated my hair well. After drying it my hair didn't feel sticky or oily like it does with other products, it felt really soft and looked shiny and healthy. I've been using this alongside the pre shampoo treatment, shampoo and conditioner and the difference to my hair has been amazing, my hair is much stronger and healthier and I will definitely be continuing to use these on my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i have, as stated by my stylist, fine hair but plenty of it. I use the hyularonic shampoo, conditioner, and leave in serum, which leaves my hair silky soft. I have used this once and can't say I'm impressed. For the price, i expected salon style results, which i don't have, unfortunately. My hair actually feels a bit blah. I'm disappointed as i liked the shampoo and conditioner in this range, but i won't be repurchasing this, I'm afraid.
