Super rich and creamy, smells of citrus makes night time skin regime adding a touch of luxury. It all starts with the tactile ombre style cut glass bottle, that would make any dressing table look stylish. Use a couple of drops from the gold top pipette and massage into your face, feels like it is feeding your skin. It definitely improved the appearance of my menopausal skin, feeling more radiant, lifting it up and plumping it out. It absorbs easily and is not tacky afterwards. I followed up with L'Oreal age perfect night cream, ready for a good nights sleep knowing my skin had been treated to the best products.

I’ve tried a few serums over the years but this one is fabulous! Goes on so smoothly with a light fragrance no greasy feeling! I received some samples in the post five days ago, I forget who from, to try and review. Here goes: I would not have purchased this serum to try as I've been using EL serum for years as and when I could afford it. For me, EL has been knocked off their their top spot as this serum is effective and affordable priced. The Midnight Serum is a hybrid of serum and light lotion, not too runny, so you need very little product to effortlessly cover face and neck. Just a little retinol and moisturiser needed to complete your routine. My complexion is well hydrated in the morning and I love it. Too soon to tell if it will provide the other benefits advertised but I'm a convert.

Fortunate to receive a complimentary week’s worth of L’Oreal Midnight Serum and used in place of my usual routine for just over one week. Applied at night after cleansing, my skin seemed to “drink” it in! No sticky residue,no greasy pillowcases. Also grateful that it was not highly perfumed. Skin appeared softer, felt great and improved the base for my make up the following morning. Hard to believe that this serum is not many times more expensive. Use the pipette to apply and you'll need to act quickly because it sinks in so fast leaving an initial slightly tacky feel but this soon disappears and you're left with smooth, moisturised skin. I follow the recommendation to apply morning and night and honestly don't know what I'd do without this glorious bottle of delightful serum. The fragrance is fresh and not overpowering. I am a mature lady and the appearance of my skin is important to me so with all the new products on the market I am keen to try as many as I can in order to find the right one that will keep fine lines at bay and leave my skin looking and feeling radiant. After three nights of using Cell renews serum I was beginning to see improvement, which I can only attribute to this product. Applied for a free luxury 7 day sample on there websites , received it in about a week first time I’ve used this brand so was intrigued as I’ve seen the adverts on tv , feels loverly on the skin and goes on well after first cleaning my face smells nice not too over powering , my skin had more of a radiance glow in the morning , I’ve only given it 4 stars because the sample packets where bit difficult to open , and as always the advertising says 80% women tested ( what about men ) never mentions them , that is a major issue that needs addressing for me ….the product itself is worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is absolutely wonderful to go to bed with what I now call my 'miracle midnight serum' and wake up to noticeably firmer skin! The Serum initially feels thick and sticky and I was dubious as I really do not like that sticky feeling on my skin but actually it seems to effortlessly soak in and does not leave any sticky residue at all. I apply this morning and evening now as I am so convinced by the results and like the way my skin feels when I wake up. There is a slight subtle scent which again I prefer as who wants a serum scent - not me anyway I leave that to the perfume experts.

I am 39 years old with a normal/combination skin type. My main skincare concerns are fine lines and wrinkles.
I have been using this every night after cleansing for the last week and honestly, my skin looks fantastic.
For a start, the thick luxurious texture feels so hydrating and it absorbs well into my skin.
When I wake up in the morning, my complexion looks refreshed and even my fine lines look softer. It feels comfortable and not at all tacky.
I actually prefer this to a similar, much more exciting serum that I have previously used.
I will be buying a bottle for sure.

At first I was a little confused when reading that it works while you sleep which together with it's name Midnight Serum caused me to think it was purely for use at night time. The ornate dark bottle oozes sophistication and the serum itself is a creamy coffee colour and has a very rich feel to it. Very soon I was aware of my skin feeling well moisturised and smooth even before following on with Age Perfect Cell Renew Day and Night creams.

It feels really nice to apply, goes on easily and sinks into the skin quickly. Left my skin with a nice glow and has really helped me feel better about my skin in such a short time. Love that it has natural fruit extracts in it and not stuffed full of synthetic chemical versions.
I used this both morning and night and it absorbed really quickly without leaving any stickiness at all.
A product I will definitely buy again, and I have recommended it to my friends and family.
One con would probably be the price point of the serum, it’s a little high in comparison to similar serums.

Not usually one for reviews - I am 57 have fairly good skin but just lately circles under eyes, and skin getting dry and wrinkles noticeable. Was sent 7 night samples. Beautiful serum not greasy or oily spread and absorbed instantly. Honestly the next morning could see a big difference under my eyes and between my eyebrows, my 11 seemed less pronounced. Carried on using the sachets nightly and can say my skin is rehydrated rested and plump - certainly a marked improvement which has given me more confidence. Will definitely be stocking up. Let’s start with the bottle, it’s very elegant and just looks beautiful on your dressing table/bathroom but it’s what’s inside that’s the miracle.

The serum is quite thick but you only need a small amount. It sinks straight into your skin so you’re not left with a sticky residue. My skin looks noticeably firmer and dewy, especially around my forehead. Some of my little lines around my eyes look less visible and my skin feels glowy.

I would definitely purchase this again especially as you can get a deal from a well known chemist with this and 2 other of L’Oréal serums that I use, fabulous and smells great too

The first thing I noticed, on using this product was the gorgeous citrus scent. The bitter orange used as an antioxidant, smells and feels so refreshing on the skin and leaves a cooling effect as you use the dropper to place just a couple of drops on each cheek, under moisturiser, both morning and evening. I was impressed when after a couple of sleepless nights, my facial skin, which would have usually shown the effects of lack of sleep, actually still looked fresh, bright and well rested. As always, the products packaging looked high end. I would recommend this product as it seems to live up to it's description.

I generally use a day serum in the morning and always a night serum before bed. I tend to find that serums can be quite "thin" and almost watery however the Age Perfect Midnight Serum has a really nice texture, slightly creamy and sinks into the skin really nicely. After applying my skins feels very nicely moistured and on waking in the morning my skin feel soft. Also I have noticed that my skin tone is very much improved. Definatley a keeper!!

For some reason, I just couldn't get the drops out, no matter how much I shook it etc, it was initially difficult to open, it was like dried product was stuck under the rim. Once opened the product was like a solid bee's wax with a very minuscule amount of liquid, really difficult to extract. The tiny little bit I could extract, applied easily to the face. Unfortunately couldn't extract enough or on a regular basis to know whether the product itself was good.

Impressed and really liked this serum, received 7 sachets and used every night. It is a light serum with lovely texture, you don't need much and it absorbs in well. Skin is instantly left feeling velvety smooth and soft. Over the course of using regularly skin is improved, evened out, radiant and healthy looking. Skin feels very soft and smooth. Light sweet pleasant scent. Can add moisturiser on top or works equally well on its own. Will buy full size bottle and happily recommend this as a lovely night serum.

I received a sample of this recently and to be honest, I love it, so far. It only takes a little but it goes a long way so very economical. After 7 days of use, my skin does seem plumper, softer and definitely smoother, I haven't noticed any difference in the faint lines around my eyes but I think a week is a bit soon to expect miracles so I have decide to treat myself to a full sized bottle and see how we go from there. although it's not cheap, as I said, you only need to use a little so it goes a long way.

I normally use Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair and loved it except the price! But hey ho you only get 1 face right?
On opening it was a nice thickish texture & not too much fragrance (thank goodness), it sunk into my skin beautifully, I do have dry skin though. In the morning my skin looked nice & plumped. After the 3rd day I noticed that quite a deep wrinkle I have noticed much less noticeable, and not so deep! Hooray! After day 7 there is barely any wrinkle left so I immediately jumped out & bought a bottle of this magic serum.
I've ditched the expensive night serum and sticking with this from now on! It's a miracle in a bottle & I'm sure with continued use my wrinkles will improve beyond recognition.

I'm not a big fan of serums - it seems the more layers of product I put onto my face, the more problems I suffer with. However, having viewed some very positive reviews online, I thought I would give it a try. Well, it smells gorgeous, citrus like but not too strong. It's quite thick for a serum so you need to apply it quickly, but it did blend in well although I needed the full 4 drops to get proper coverage. After I had applied it to my face it looked and felt moistured - I'm assuming that's down to the Vitamin E that it contains. I applied this at night time and was pleasantly surprised next morning when my skin hadn't broken out or flared up with eczema, but in fact looked really refreshed. I love this serum and will definitely continue using this.

After getting samples, which by the way was a weeks worth! Not one tiny pack. I kinda guessed it may be good. But wow! This stuff! I'm on Tretinoin ( Retin-A) and my skin is super dry at present. This soothed and bright life back. But best of all, no sting! I've a bit of what they call retinol burn. Aka super super sensitive skin, and this beauty feels like sheer luxury. I after only two sample nights ordered it! Its on par with my estee lauder one, perhaps even better!

I tried this product as I had seen it and wondered what it would be like. I'm so glad that i did!
I could always do with a little pick me up and this provided just that. It as easy to apply, not greasy or slathery, and it quickly absorbed into my skin. It worked really well in conjunctiojn with my moisturiser and the results were clearly visible after a couple of uses. Fine lines and some of my crows feet had disappeared and my skin overall was more youthful looking.
