I found that upon using the product, and for a short time afterwards, it definitely creates a cool and refreshing feeling. It doesn’t leave the skin feeling tight, which is a positive, but the price tag of the product would probably put me off buying it again. Perhaps if it is on a good special, otherwise the effects wouldn’t justify the money, for me personally.

this product works very well with my skin and has helped to clear it up a lot. it does do what it says wake up effect feels nice after use. you dont have to use a lot of this a small amount goes a long way. 100% recommend this product i have already got other products in this brand after using this one and feel a lot better and much cleaner and clearer skin now

I didn't like the product L'Oréal Men Expert Hydra Energetic Wake Up Effect Face Wash as I found it burned my eyes, on closer inspection of the instructions it noted to avoid eye contact, I found this very silly considering it is a face wash product. The product definitely had the "wake up effect" when it was burning my eyes.

I was sceptical at first, I've never been a face wash kind of guy before.
Normally I'd use just soap, however after using the product the difference is amazing, my skin has dramatically improved and looks and feels great.

It's simple to apply and wash off!

I found that this product was very good at stopping my face feeling oily around my nose. I also liked the feel of my skin after I used it I felt refreshed and awake after use. The Only draw back from use it it dried my skin a lot. Maybe if a moisturiser was incorporated with the product that would be fantastic.

I don't really like the smell of the facewash. It has the typical "men's product" smell which is reminiscent of a high school boys' locker room with too much deodorant. However if you don't mind that kind of smell the facewash does a decent job of cleansing and feeling fresh afterwards.

I found the wash did as said it would, making me feel awake and refreshed. My face did not feel dry or oily after use. However I found the level of fragrance way too high. I found it remained on my skin at a high level and was distracting as it over powered my smell of other things.

The name says everything! This product does exactly what it says it will do, energise and wake you up a bit when you use it. An refreshing, cooling sensation after product is washed off makes this one ideal for after shaving, which is why I will continue to purchase this face wash.

This face wash was so smooth to the touch and for someone like myself who has sensitive is ideal. Once lathered into the skin you can feel it make a difference instantly and after a few days I could definitely see a huge difference. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone

The wake up effect was both hydrating and energizing. I have a thick beard, and often I can find that some face washes will leave my skin under my facial hair quite dry. This was not the case with the L'Oreal Men expert Hyrdra energetic Wake Up Effect Face Wash.

Being a man who has naturally oily skin and deep pores, I noticed straight away the dirt being reduced and removed after the first use. My shin was noticeably clearer and felt soft and softer to touch. My wife really likes the smell of the face wash also.

I was intrigued, to try this product, due to the caffeine in the product. That makes your skin more awaken, after washing your face.

I did notice, that my skin did feel more awaken, after use. But I didn’t enjoy the overall experience of the product.

L’Oreal men expert Hydra energetic face wash was a great product you could feel it work after the first use, although it left my face a little red after first use and I’ve used it earlier to give it time to subside the redness before leaving the house

Very Refreshing, especially after shaving. I’ve been using it as an aftershave and it’s really helped my skin recover after shaving. Usually after I shave my skin feels dry and irritated. But after using Hydra face wash my skin feels rejuvenated.

I liked everything about it. The smell, the feel on my face and the after effect. Cleans your face well. Stings my eyes a bit but I think that's my fault haha. All in all, a good face wash and that will be my go to from now on.

OK as a general face wash, don't really expect a lot from the product. I didn't see much difference in using product. Can be used to maintain existing skin condition, but not to improve to better than what you have.

After using the Hydra Energetic for a week I was very impressed. My skin feels great! My beard is smooth and it really does help wake you up in the morning and gets you ready for the day. Definitely will buy again

Great product, easy to use. Made my face feel fresh and full of energy at the start of everyday. I noticed the more days that i used it on my face. The softer my skin felt and looked. My wife even agreed hahaha.

Left my face feeling clean and fresh, no tingling. But I did have to apply moisturiser afterwards as it removes my natural oils. Otherwise, very happy with it and would definitely suggest you give it a go

This product can easily be picked up with your groceries and if you can I would highly recommend it. Makes your morning a whole lot more fresh and smells amazing. Good for a post shave freshen up.

It's a good face wash. Didn't leave the face too dry but certainly felt clean from using it. Pity the container isn't recyclable! Such waste! Also I dropped it on the first day and the lid snapped

L’Oréal hydra energetic wake up effect face wash really invigorates the skin once you’ve used it and doesn’t dry the skin out. It really wakes you up leaving you fresh and ready for the day ahead

I used it in the shower and only needed a small amount to do the job. Left my face feeling fresh and clean. Also seemed to make shaving easier as there was less oil and skin clogging the razor.
