Elvive Glycolic Gloss 5 Minute Lamination

I used this product yesterday and my hair is completely ruined. It’s dry and brittle and feels like straw! My hair actually looks and feels fried and I’m absolutely mortified. I don’t know if there’s any way to salvage my hair but I’d love a response with why this has done this to my hair (I’m not the only person judging by the reviews) as well as some advice around whether I can save it. Please use this at your own risk.

I absolutely loved the packaging and the colour of the product inside. Pink is my favourite colour! I will say I wanted to wait until I finished the entire bottle before reviewing this. Just using the shampoo alone made my hair feel silky in the shower but adding the conditioner and treatment just made it feel like a slippery dip! My hair has never felt so silky before and I’ll be buying this again for sure! It’s helped keep my hair knot free during the day as well which is a big plus in my eyes as my precious shampoo was drying my hair out and causing damage and knots. Highly recommend for those of you who love pink and want super glossy hair!

After conditioning my hair, I applied the lamination rinse and left it on for 5 minutes before rinsing it off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is just ok. I have blonde coloured treated hair and I did find that it controlled my frizz and make my hair shinier after using.

I found styling to be a bit difficult after using this product as my roots appeared to get oily a lot quicker and I found that my style dropped and look lank throughout the day.

The product does smell nice and the consistency is nice. It wasn't for me but if you have drier, more unruly hair, you may really enjoy using to tame frizz and curls. Again I feel there are better treatment or hair masks out there for me personally that deliver more results and don't leave my hair oily wor with product build up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this with the combination with the shampoo and conditioner. I have to say that this product was just okay. Not saying it is bad, but I did not notice any significance improvement when I used it and without it.
I loved just the shampoo and conditioner along, and the scent of this was great.
It does require a lot of product if you have really long hair (which I did have).
So for such a product, it should come with more product as it does specify you need a generous amount

After washing my hair with the glycolic gloss shampoo and conditioner, I massaged the treatment into my hair and let it sit for 5 minutes. The treatment rinsed out easily and once dried, there was no heavy or sticky residue. Once my hair dried, it felt far more smooth and silky than after my typical wash and also had a fantastic glossy shine. I received so many compliments on how my hair looked after the treatment. I do wish the bottle had a pump as it would make it easier to use in the shower. I will definitely keep this product in my hair routine

I have been using Loreal shampoo and conditioner from a long time and trying this new range was a great experience for me. I used all the products from this range together for 3 weeks straight, with this lamination just once. This is the hero product from this range as this just added the extra shine to my dull hair. I applied it to my hair after conditioning it and left it for a few minutes and then rinsed it off. Just one more step after conditioner and I got beautiful, healthier and glossy hair, truly amazing! I just loved trialing this range, would definitely buy back and recommend it to my family and friends.
