How To Use
Apply starting in the centre of your upper lip. Work from the center to outer edges of your lips, following the contour of your mouth. Lush lippie but needs regular application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lipstick goes on like a dream & the shade I’d picked was absolutely perfect for every day wear. It feels really moisturising which is particularly important to me now the harsh winter months had arrived. The packaging looked sleek & overall this was a real joy to use. But… I found the colour didn’t last more than a few hours. If I looked carefully I could still see a tinge of colour after 4 hours, but really to keep it looking good it clearly is going to need regular reapplication, particularly after food/drinks etc - so perhaps not a great choice for a night out, but better placed as a daily lip balm alternative with more zing.

Long lasting full lips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried coral shade and I fell in love with it – the shade looks absolutely lovely on lips and it compliments skin tone plus it makes your lips look really full. The colour is intense matte and it stays on for the whole day, eating or drinking does not wear it off, it is truly long lasting. I found it to be very easy to apply, it glides well leaving even coverage. Once on lips it feels smooth and velvety and lipstick feels creamy as well. I found it to be not drying and comfortable to wear. The lipstick is in a stick which looks very elegant and lovely to touch. Overall I am pleased with it and I would recommend it to my friends.

I love the feel of the packaging, and as someone with small lips, appreciate the slimmer design.
The colour pay-off is immediate and indeed intense.
I think the most impressive aspect of this lipstick is how hydrating it feels, as most matt formula's are so drying.
The only negative for me is that it does transfer, despite claims to not. It does not last 16 hours, but again, never found a lipstick that lasts as long as their claims. Not an issue for me, as i just reapply. Overall a great matt lipstick.

Phenomenal pigmented lipstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this says it’s a powder effect it isn’t lying! It’s not remotely matte feeling - feels more like a satin and is comfortable to wear but the effect of the lipstick is just too pretty. It’s versatile in that you can create a blotted lip, smudged lip, crisper lip (with liner) or even dab it on as a matte tint due to that really powdery effect it has.
It packs a punch pigment wise. I wasn’t remotely expecting that!
I’m sure this is new packaging though - certainly a new lipstick bullet style with the thin barrel and thin lipstick. I’ve got to say it feels extremely luxe but I was so sad when I used up the little logo at the end that is etched in! It was so pretty!

Big night out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a big night out in London! The first of the holiday season, brilliant chance to trial a new red lip! The lipstick was a deep wine colour that would flatter most skin types, matte finish it glided on really easily, didn’t dry lips and felt weightless on, and didn’t have the terrible taste of some lipsticks, now for the real trial put it on at 6pm and was out till dawn eating , drinking and kissing everyone, as was it still there at 1am? Yes it was!!! Slightly warn away on the inside of my lip but outside still looked great just a little drier, would it come on a London night out again? Definitely, plus it looks very stylish and being thin will fit in any bag!! Great buy

Great lipstick; terrible tube design

I was a fan of the previous Matte Addiction lipstick in a traditional tube, and tried this when that was phased out. Love the colour (Rouge Determination), which is rich and long-lasting with a good texture; however, as soon as the wax gets down to about a third or halfway, it comes off the post, sheering off down the sides to leave a horrible mess and rendering the rest unusable. You can't put any pressure on it, not even to use a brush to apply it. I've had two now, with the same problem, due to the poor design of the tube. Sadly, a waste of money, even though I love the lipstick itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all can we just admire the colour of the lipstick its such a lovely nude/rose colour which makes your lips look fabulous. The lipstick texture itself is smooth and thick at the same time which allows a easy spread of lipstick on the lips. The fragrance of the lipstick isn't too harsh upon the lips. The product itselfeft my lips feeling smooth and soft. It lasted hours and didn’t need topping up. Once removed my lips were still soft meaning it was very nourishing on the lips i would definitely recommend and purchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the packaging of this lipstick is slim and compact and has a velvety soft feel to the tube, it feels very lush and high end, Great quality. The lipstick is very creamy , super easy to apply and leaves lips feeling hydrated, which isn’t always the case with matte lipsticks, but I’ve had no issues with this. It claims to be long lasting, 16 hour wear they say, but in all fairness I personally think all lip products will need reapplying throughout the day. It lasted a good while on me and I needed to reapply after eating /drinking which is to be expected. This Rosy Confident shade which is like a pinky nude, is suitable for everyone and a great addition to have in your collection. I’d really recommend this one and I’ll be hoping to get other shades too.

The colour is gorgeous and so different to my usual lip colour but I've had so many compliments while wearing it. It's staying power is fantastic, it literally stays for hours and doesn't start looking patchy like other brands I use. I feel like this is a colour that would suit most people, my daughter has been using it too and it looks so nice on her. I have put other colours of this lipstick on my Xmas wishlist!

The colour is a deep plum which is true to its stated colour. The Lipstick was easy to apply and went on smoothly. The Logo at the tip of the lipstick gives a sense of luxury. The case of the lipstick is a soft matt black material and is very tactile, which is offset by the gold L’Oreal collar. Overall a fantastic lipstick which I will enjoy wearing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this slimmer size, it does help to be more precise. I agree that it applies easily, and feels lightweight, creamy yet powdery. Unfortunately I found that it didn’t last, as it transferred quite easily when drinking and eating, and even doing a regular kiss test. I can’t decide if it feels moisturising as being matte it looks and feels very dry.
It did not make any difference in the volume of my lips at all. Sorry L’Oréal, I think I’ve found a product that I would not recommend.

Creamy comfortable matte.

I’m not sure about the increased “volume” claims but it was certainly long lasting and non-drying. Small cylindrical bullet makes it easy to use straight from the tube. Lipstick has a fancy embossed R on the top which makes it look and feel quite high end and not a drugstore lipstick. I used the colour in “Coral Irreverant” a bright, neutral coral. Quite a lively shade which brightened my warm olive complexion.

For daytime I applied it on top of lip balm and for a more intense look at night I applied it on bare lips. It glided on my lips lovely, I blotted and then applied an extra layer for a night out. It stayed on my lips all night too and not drying at all.I love the packaging and twist up stick. It fit perfectly in my handbag too.

Lasting lipstick without the dryness

The colour is the perfect nude, it’s matte but not flat. My lips don’t look dehydrated when wearing it and best of all I don’t have a reaction to it either. Lasting power is good, I do vape so there is some transfer but it’s minimal. Highly rate this one. Feels more expensive than it is!!

Usually my lipstick stays on for about half an hour but this was pretty hardy and was still going strong some hours later! The colour was gorgeous too, quite bright, so perfect for a night out. It was matte, but not drying, although I put a bit of gloss over the top to give it a bit of shine. Really lovely.

Perfect Moisturising Lipstick

The lipstick is I unscented and has a strong pigment which lasts on the lips well even after eating and drinking. The colour (coral) was gorgeous- really bright and flattering. The testure of the lipstick is creamy and semi Matt it didn’t moisturise my lips nor did it dry them out. I really like it.

Matte long lasting lip

It can be quite muted if applied lightly or can be a deeper brighter coral if applied heavily. I love the matte finish and it lasts pretty well, all day at work, which is a winner for me. It’s a good alternative to a bright red which is too draining and harsh with my skin tone.

Good matte lipstick

True to the name it is a matte finish, it feels very soft and smooth when you are applying and you can't feel it at all throughout the day. It however lasts longer than others I have tried and isn't drying. It leaves a stain on the lips so still gives colour to the lips if you cant re apply for any reason. I would like to try it in a more neutral shade of nude maybe.

Soft Matte Lipstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely soft lipstick that doesn't dry the lips out like some other mattes. It goes on well and lasts okay but maybe not as long as I'd hoped - had to re-apply after a couple of hours. Doesn't plump the lips as well as lipsticks with a sheen/gloss but still one of the best matte effects I've tried. Also love the packaging - slimline and chic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never worn a matte lipstick before, I am so old school! I have to say I am impressed, I thought it would be dry, but in fact it is very moisturising, and I am loving the new modern look so I am now a matte lippy lover! It stayed on during lunch and a coffee, although it did leave a lippy mark on the mug, so a new must have for my make up bag!

Beautiful bold colour

I like to keep the rest of my make up simple and pared back (clean skin and perhaps a little eyeliner) to really it make it pop. The packaging is gorgeous and feels really luxurious for the price. The slim bullet is ideal for precise application and it is really comfortable to wear.

Just the right rouge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with this lipstick! I am always looking for the perfect shade of red, as well as one that doesn’t smudge or smear. Drinking a glass of something is the hardest and it then transfers on the glass and back on to you, but not where you want it. I can confirm this little beauty has staying power and is silky and just the right colour.

It does not make the lips look flaky or dry like other matte lipsticks making the lips look plump and hydrated. It has gorgeous faint rose scent to it.
