Usage
Apply daily to clean skin in the morning and night before moisturiser. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Maybe hyped but my wife says otherwise

I do my best to cleanse and moisturise my face daily. Then this L’Oréal Paris Men Expert Vit C Serum arrived. My wife had to explain the need for a serum. Using it was really easy, nice classic mens L'Oreal smell (Ive used their products before) but the after smell isnt so pleasant for me, almost a metal smell but it goes away. After few weeks of daily use my wife notices improvements to my face but I dont. She sees me more than myself so I guess this product does what its intended. I find two drops to be a lot so pne drop is sufficient. Wished this was a see through bottle to know how much is left also.

Refreshing

I have used the product as instructed, although not consistently everyday. I do like the refreshing feeling after each use. After applying the serum, it does not leave any oily feeling.
The serum comes in a small bottle with a dropper. As the instruction mentions 3 drops, it is difficult to know how big a drop should be, so using the dropper and squezzing it can drop two, and need to fill it up again for a drop. Which I assume the expected lot. Applying it is easy as its cold when applied.
While I don’t see any visible changes in my skin/face. I feel the refeshed and clean after using it.

One drop of the Hydra Energetic really does go a long way, it would literally cover half of my face and chin and it dries/absorbs in a second or two. As a trial I only used it on one side of my face twice daily and used the other side as a comparison. After a few days my skin did feel smoother. After a week this was sustained but no change in the colour, tone or fine lines. I will keep on using it over a longer period and over my entire face to see if time improves my skin further. In the photo I am pointing to the side of my face where I used the Hydra Energetic serum.

Vit C Shot Serum from L’Oreal Men

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little serum that leaves your skin looking refreshed and feeling really soft. It can be a little difficult to get the required amount out of what is a cool looking but rather small bottle. However, once achieved I was not disappointed. I work four nights a week so I need all the help I can get. It does have a similar smell to other L’Oreal Men Expert products however I found it leaves a metallic ‘after-smell’ that seems to linger all day. It’s not unpleasant but it’s there. On the whole though my skin is noticeably softer but brighter? I’m not so sure. I would definitely recommend it though even if it’s just a nice thing to have.

An orange wonder serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first, it's orange. Maybe I should have expected that given that it is a vitamin C serum and that immediately makes you think of oranges. Maybe that's what L'Oreal thought as well?
The packaging looks great and the bottle and dropper work well. The serum itself is quite thick but it goes on really well and isn't oily or greasy on the skin. A couple of drops is all you need to get good coverage
My skin definitely felt tighter after a couple of weeks of use and I haven't had any issues whatsoever with it. This is a product I will keep in my daily skincare regime.
I actually liked the orange colour, it made it a bit different

Firmer skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased to give L’Oréal Men Expert Hydra Energetic Vitamin C Shot Serum a go. Wasn't keen on at first on adding another product to my skincare routine, and definitely it wasn't a great idea to use after shaving, but after using it for a few days I felt a difference. Skin felt more firm and soft. And definitely was more hydrated, as usually my face is dry, so that was great experience and a product to start using on the regular basis from now on, as I definitely be keep using it. The serum is easy to use, but need to put on a face straight away, as it can dry quite fast. The instructions said about using 3 drops, but 2 drops were actually enough for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As it advertises, the product is easy to apply and non greasy. Very impressed with how little you need to apply whilst still feeling that it has covered your face.
It is too early to tell if any real long term improvements skin wise. But adding this to my usual skincare routine has kept my face moisturised with no irritation or signs of dry patches which are common at this time of year.
Whether I continue to use after the test, I can't say. This will depend on price, how it continues to perform longer term, and how long the bottle lasts. I will certainly consider continuing to buy the product for them time being.
Overall, I am happy with the product.

Feel the difference immediately

The amount needed to use is minimal, it spreads very well and feels very light. It absorbs really quickly and doesn’t leave any oily or greasy patches. I do have oily skin, especially on the nose, after using this serum I noticed immediately that I no longer had any oily skin. My skin felt so soft and healthy and looked visibly more healthy. I can safely say I am amazed at the difference this serum has made and is definitely now my skin care routine. I would highly recommend this product, it’s definitely worth adding to your skin care routine and if you don’t have one, start with this
