Elvive Colour Protect Purple Shampoo 200ml

This product is the best when you coulor you hair its strong purple shampoo makes the brassy color look great

I bought this shampoo and intensive conditioner , as the ends of my hair had become slightly brassy and I have used it once and followed the directions to the T ,it turned my hair grey purple, it looked awful. I will have go to my hairdresser to rectify this.
I was told by customer support that I should not use unless my hair was brassy all over or
use just on the ends . This advise should be on the directions but it isn’t , Just a warning to other consumers
