Gently pull your eyelid towards the outer corner of your eye, and place the eyeliner tip as close to your lash line as possible. Starting in the inner corner of your eye, use small strokes to draw dots along the lid to mark your shape. Then, simply trace a line along the dots for the perfect finish.

Introducing new L’Oréal Paris Superliner Tattoo Signature liquid eyeliner, for intense black lines that last up to 24 hours. Now you can design your perfect lines with ease – from a fierce cat eye flick to a bold graphic look. Highly pigmented, waterproof formula that lasts up to 24 hours, without fading or smudging. Flexible felt tip brush for an easy, smooth-glide application.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hmm for someone with smaller eyes this were not great for me, the tip is just too thick, the flow of the product were not manageable & I spent more time trying to refine it with a cotton tip - forget doing a wing with this tip if you have smaller eyes - your whole lid is taken up!\nThe packaging is standard - no fanciness to it which I like, would I buy this product in store - no, I need a finer tip, more controllable & buildable v all out thick flow onto the lid. Once it were dried it looked patchy as well - may be my ability more so than the product but for a busy person I would not be bothered with the time required to finesse.\n

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I did not like this product at all. I found it was difficult to put on as the pen part was too rough and would pull my eyelid instead of gliding over the top. This resulted in an uneven line. The color was very dark which was a good thing but that was the only good thing about it. I applied the eyeliner before going to work and it had already smudged when I got to work. The smudge got progressively worse as the day went on. By the time I got home it was all over my eyelid. My other eye stayed in place all day though. \nOverall I would not recommend this product as it was difficult to apply and did not stay in place. \n

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wasn't a fan of this product. Although the colour of the ink was very black (love!), the consistency of the product was thick and almost sticky... It doesn't dry/set on your eyelids quickly and by the time I got to work (about an hour after applying) it had smudged all over the top of my eyelids! The applicator tip is thicker than most other eyeliners but I found it relatively easy to use, however, it won't give you a super precise fine line if that is what you are after. The packaging itself felt and looked nice, I cannot  fault that. Overall, its an OK product but there are much better eyeliners out there.\n\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have only ever used a liquid eyeliner where the liquid is in one end and the brush is in the other. This is the first time I have used a pen eyeliner and i must say I'am impressed! This eyeliner is so easier to work with, especially for me as I struggle with doing my eye makeup and precisely doing eyeliner. I love how easy this pen is to use! It didnt smudge or run at all, even when taking it off with micellar water at the end of the day it was hard to get off. It created a perfect wing every time! It is also so affordable, i love it! I'll be interested to see how long it lasts for as its like a texta!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As long as good quality eyeliners are concerned I can always trust L'oreal and Maybelline. I never buy anything more expensive because I know that L'oreal will meet my needs. And Signature Tattoo eyeliner doesn't disappoint. It looks like a marker, it is easy to use (like a marker) and it is pretty awesome too. I really can't fault this product. It is fast in creating any liner look we want, the shade is deep black, it doesn't smudge, it is sweatproof and very long lasting. When it comes to removing it, all we need is some good quality make up reamover and we are done. Nothing to add. Ticks all my boxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, smooth to apply and super long lasting. If  you’re looking for for that ultimate eyeliner look, then this one is a great product for you. Winged cat eyes are a quick streak away.\nIt doesn’t smudge- heads up if you wanted to incorporate it into creating a Smokey eye look. This product is definitely for that high impact black eyeliner look, rather than a smudgy eye. \nI loved that it was easy to use, and that you didn’t need a lot of pressure for the product to transfer to your eyes. I personally love a good pencil, but if I switch to liquid or gel, this will be on my to-get list. \n

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Star product! I really enjoyed trialling the L'Oreal Tattoo liner, the promotional side leans very close to another personal favourite liner of mine, which I find irritating. However, the liner itself is very, very good and formula wise a very close rival for the fore mentioned product. It is very black and opaque, with a satin finish. The longevity of this liner impressed me, particularly in the inner corner, which notoriously bleeds for me. The tip is a firm marker style, which isn't my usual preference as I like brush tips, but the tip is fine enough for precision work. This is something I will repurchase in the future for the formula alone. Despite the obvious rip off its a great product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was excited to trial this eyeliner as I am a big fan of eyeliner in general. However it was disappointing. I think that the actual eyeliner ink is great, very black, didn't smudge and lasted all day. But, the applicator let it down, the pen tip is too thick to create a sharp wing, and I found that it also dried out while i was using it and I had to keep holding it upside down or drawing on something else to make the ink run into the tip again. \n\nI wear liquid eyeliner/wings most days so I am used to drawing them and getting them how I like, I really struggled with this pen.\n

How To:
Festival Makeup with Noni Smith

The unicorn beauty trend might be getting lots of festival traction these days, but let’s not forget about the magical creature that kickstarted this whole otherworldly extravaganza in the first place – mermaids! If you’ve been looking for a way to bring a little blue makeup back into your life, you have come to the right place. Just in time for festival season, L’Oreal Paris Makeup Director Noni Smith has dreamed up a fantastic aqua mermaid makeup look that’ll give the unicorn trend a run for its money.

What you’ll need:

- Infallible Metallic Paint Eyeshadow in Diamond
- Infallible Paint Eyeshadow in Eternal White
- La Petite Mini Eyeshadow Palette Optimist
- Infallible Gel Liner in I’ve Got The Blue target="_blank" rel="noopener"
- Infallible Gel Liner in Vava Voum
- Paradise Kajal Liner
- L’Oréal Paris Volume Million Mascara

Apply the teal shade from La Petite Mini Eyeshadow Palette Optimist to your lid, buffing the edges out so colour is visible when the eye is open. Layer a darker shade along the lash line, softening the edges.

Outline the flame pattern using Infallible Gel Liner in I’ve Got The Blue and Vava Voum, creating contrast between the darker and lighter colours. Use the dark blue to lift the outer corners of the eyes and the light blue to draw attention to the brow bone.

Define your eyes with a thin line of Paradise Kajal Liner on your upper and lower lash lines. Extend the upper lash line outwards into a slight wing.

Using a mix of Infallible Paint Eyeshadow, add depth and drama to your eye makeup. Open up the inner corners with a dash of Eternal White shimmer and add two downward streaks of Infinite Blue on your lower lash line. Lend your lids some extra sparkle with Diamond and Infinite Blue.

Grab your Volume Million Mascara and coat your bottom lashes before moving on to the top. Voila!

Autumn Makeup:
Trends To Try

It's a shame to bid farewell to summer, but fortunately with each new season comes a bevy of new trends and colour palettes to play with. Now's the time to embrace plummy lipsticks, metallic finishes and sumptuous shadows. Discover all the makeup inspiration you need with our top picks for the season.

Moody Eyes
Autumn heralds the return of golden leaves, grey skies and... smokey eyes. Whether it's a creamy latte shade or a rich burgundy, there's something inherently flattering about deeper hues.
Layer burgundy into your crease and blend in some espresso shade drama with the La Petite Palettes in Nudist, creating the perfect autumn eye look.

Sculpted Brows
Nothing says sophistication like a perfectly arched brow. Perfect yours in a flash with Unbelieva’brow, our latest long-wear brow gel with a dual-ended brush.
Fill and sculpt with the angled brush, then comb through with the spoolie for a natural finish. A major perk of the product is that it's waterproof, smudge-proof and budge-proof... and lasts up to two days!

Cat Eyes
Make a statement this season with a bold winged eyeliner. Not only does this look turn heads, it helps make your eyes appear bigger.
If you have a love-hate relationship with the glossy ink, Flash Cat Eye Liner may be your new BFF. With the detachable stencil, you get the perfect wing every time. No more smudges, shaky lines, or uneven flicks.

Lush Lips

With the rest of your look bringing the drama, it's time to pare it back on the lipstick front. Perfect your pout with a swatch of blush nude - we recommend Incessant Russet or Invincible Sable from our Infallible 2-Step collection.

Summer Beauty 101:
5 Summer Beauty Fixes

As much as we love summer, the sweltering heat brings on a whole host of beauty concerns. As well as melting makeup and out-of-control frizz, it tends to be the season in which skin problems flare up. Think oily spots, blackheads, sunburn and more. But summer is too fun to spend time stressing. Simply add these products to your beauty arsenal and address your beauty woes in style.

Fretting over the frizz
The heat has gone to your head—literally—and now your dry strands are soaking up moisture from humid air, causing them to swell and frizz. Grab our Botanicals Reparative Camelina Smoothing Frizz Antidote, which nourishes and protects hair with Camelina and Coconut Oil whilst taming rebellious fly-aways. Adding a weekly intensive treatment to your hair routine like the Camelina Smoothing Mask will also keep your locks hydrated.

Blemishes be gone
Heat and humidity in summer tend to wreak havoc leaving skin congested with dirt, oil and sunscreen. Use our Pure Clay Red Algae Exfoliating Face Scrub to clear away dead skin cells and refine pores. Salicylic acid and pure clay will draw out impurities leaving skin feeling renewed.

Shiny, not so happy
It’s steaming up outside and your sweat glands are in overdrive, making your complexion super slick. Look for formulas labelled ‘oil-free’, ‘mattifying’ or ‘anti-shine’ to nix any sheen and help your makeup stay put for longer. Also, choose a matte finish foundation, such as Infallible Matte 24HR to avoid a shiny summer complexion.

Desert dryness
UV exposure, air-con and dry heat all make for a very parched complexion. Hyaluronic Acid is the critical ingredient you need to make skin plump and radiant once again. Although it sounds complicated, the body actually makes it naturally already, though as we get older this slows down. Our Revitalift range with Hyaluronic Acid will boost and reboot skin to get that youthful glow back.

PROBLEM 5: Can’t tan, won’t tan
SOLUTION: The goody two shoes among us will know, sun damaged skin is an absolute no-no. Not only is there a serious risk of skin cancer but the sun is also incredibly ageing. So, it’s time to up the ante on your SPF each and every day with our Revitalift SPF15 Day Cream. Don’t worry, you won’t miss out on a suntan either. Back to Bronze will have you glowing like you’ve just arrived back from holiday.
