Blessed with a glowing beauty, Doutzen Kroes has pursued a talented career as a model and has become, in seemingly just a few months, the muse for many fashion designers. A global ambassador for L'Oréal Paris since 2006, Doutzen has visited Australia twice to attend the L'Oréal Melbourne Fashion festival and in 2008 also graced the cover of Australian Vogue magazine.
Doutzen was born in the town of Oosterneer in Friesland, The Netherlands, in 1985. She is one of the fastest-rising models, having appeared on the covers of numerous fashion and general interest magazines, including Time, Vogue and Harper's Bazaar.
Today Doutzen has become a must-have personality in the world of fashion and has been propelled to supermodel status. Posing for major fashion magazine covers and photographed by the most talented artists such as Steven Meisel, Patrick Demarchelier, and Mario Testino, Doutzen has also represented the most prestigious fashion houses on the catwalk.
In 2005 she was selected Model of the Year on Vogue.com by its readers.
Her style, stunning looks, and youthful spirit are a great addition to the L'Oréal Paris dream team of spokespeople.
